Prairie Flower Campground Reviews
My camping group loves prairie flower campground. We camp here at least three times a year. Just a nice place to relax and enjoy good friends and nature. Also very close to Polk city and Ankeny, should you need to pick something up, you may have forgotten.
Jul 04, 2025 · Dan EslingerWe loved our week stay here. The site could have been more level but was a good site for us. The campground is quiet and close to a lot of other parks.
Oct 16, 2024 · Wander AmericaWe have camped here multiple times. This is one of our favorite campgrounds around the Des Moines area. The facilities are kept clean and every spot has been great. There is now 6 dumping stations and that helps with being such a big campground.
Sep 30, 2024 · Justin StottBeautiful campground. Paved sites with 50/30/20A electric service. Two dump stations, each with multiple lanes. Potable water near dump stations and scattered throughout the campground. Playground and bathroom/shower building in our loop. Most sites have some view of Saylorville Lake.
Oct 18, 2024 · Steve KarolekBeautiful views overlooking the pond from the rental hall. Excellent venue for your events. Full kitchen, tables and chairs included. Exterior playground, trail, fishing, ample parking.
