Pierce Mobile Estates & Travel Trailer Park is conveniently situated at 2295 Garrett Rd, Williamston, NC 27892, USA. This location offers excellent accessibility for those traveling along major routes in Eastern North Carolina. The park is just a couple of miles off US Highway 64, a significant east-west corridor, and US Highway 17, making it an easy-to-find stop for travelers. For those coming from the junction of US Hwy 64 and US Hwy 17 (exit 514), you would typically go north on US 17 for about 1.1 miles to Garrett Rd, then west for about 1.3 miles (turning left).
The proximity to major highways means that residents and temporary guests have quick access to essential services. A Walmart Supercenter is located approximately one mile away, providing convenient access to groceries, supplies, and other necessities. Additionally, Williamston's town center, with its local restaurants, shops, and other services, is within a short driving distance, allowing for easy resupply and dining options.
This strategic location makes Pierce Mobile Estates & Travel Trailer Park particularly appealing for those on extended road trips, traveling nurses, or individuals working on temporary contracts in the area who need a reliable and accessible base. While Williamston itself offers a quiet, rural setting, the park's easy access to main roads ensures that urban conveniences are never far away. This blend of rural peace and urban proximity makes it a practical choice for locals and those passing through North Carolina.
Pierce Mobile Estates & Travel Trailer Park focuses on providing essential services that cater primarily to RV and mobile home residents, emphasizing functionality and convenience for both short-term and longer-term stays. Based on public information and reviews, the core services offered include:
- Full Hookup Sites: The park provides full hookup sites, which typically include electric (30 and 50 amp service), water, and sewer connections. This is a significant convenience for RVers, eliminating the need to frequently move their vehicle to a dump station or refill water tanks.
- Grassy Pull-Through and Back-In Sites: The sites are often described as spacious, grassy, and level. Many are pull-through, making it easy for larger rigs to enter and exit without complex maneuvering. They also offer back-in sites.
- Wi-Fi Access: Several reviews mention that Wi-Fi is available and works well, which is a crucial amenity for staying connected, whether for work or leisure.
- On-Site Management/Owners: The park is generally managed by on-site owners, who are often described as helpful and friendly, assisting with parking and hookups. This personal touch can be a valuable service for guests.
- Long-Term and Short-Term Options: The park caters to both transient RVers needing an overnight stop and individuals or families looking for longer-term mobile home or RV residency.
- Pet-Friendly Environment: The park generally appears to be pet-friendly, accommodating residents and guests traveling with their pets. However, specific pet policies (e.g., leash rules) should be confirmed upon arrival.
- Basic Site Amenities: Each site typically includes a picnic table, providing a basic outdoor dining or relaxation area.
It is important to note from some reviews that while full hookups are consistently mentioned, the park may not offer extensive communal facilities like bathhouses or laundry rooms, so campers should be prepared to be self-contained in their RVs. For specific details on all available services, direct contact with the park management is recommended.
Pierce Mobile Estates & Travel Trailer Park offers several distinct features and highlights that appeal to its target audience of RVers and mobile home residents, particularly those prioritizing convenience, value, and a peaceful environment:
- Full Hookups at Every Site: The availability of full hookups (electric, water, sewer) at all available sites is a major highlight, providing maximum convenience for RV owners, allowing for comfortable, self-contained living.
- Spacious, Level, Grassy Sites: Campers often praise the sites for being large, level, and grass-covered, making setup easy and providing a pleasant outdoor space. The presence of pull-through sites is particularly beneficial for larger rigs.
- Quiet and Peaceful Atmosphere: A consistent theme in positive reviews is the park's tranquil environment. Despite its proximity to a highway, it's frequently described as quiet and peaceful, ideal for resting and unwinding after a day of travel or work.
- Good Value for Money: With reported daily rates of around $25-$40, the park is considered a very good value, especially for full hookups. This affordability makes it an attractive option for budget-conscious travelers and long-term residents.
- Convenient Location off Major Highway (US-64): Its strategic placement just a few miles off US Highway 64 makes it an excellent stopover point for cross-state travel or a convenient base for exploring Eastern North Carolina.
- Proximity to Essential Services: Being only about a mile from a Walmart and close to other town amenities in Williamston ensures that groceries, fuel, and other necessities are easily accessible, enhancing the practicality of a stay.
- Flexible for Short- and Long-Term Stays: The park accommodates both transient overnight or short-term visitors and those seeking a longer-term spot for their RV or mobile home, providing flexibility for various needs.
- Friendly Management (Positive Experiences): Many reviews highlight the helpful and friendly nature of the owners/staff, contributing positively to the overall guest experience.
While some older negative reviews exist regarding management interactions and specific property issues, more recent positive feedback often emphasizes the park's value, quiet nature, and convenient hookups for a stopover, suggesting a focus on basic, reliable service for RVers.
Pierce Mobile Estates & Travel Trailer Park, as a privately owned mobile home and RV park, generally operates on a consistent rate structure, and explicit "promotions" or "special offers" are not typically advertised publicly in the same way as large commercial campgrounds or resorts. Their value proposition often lies in their competitive daily, weekly, and monthly rates, especially for full hookup sites. However, prospective residents and short-term campers might inquire about the following, which can function as forms of special value:
- Affordable Daily/Nightly Rates: At approximately $25-$40 per night for a full hookup site, as indicated by reviews, the park offers a very competitive rate, often seen as a "good value" or "bargain" compared to other options, particularly for overnight stays.
- Weekly and Monthly Rates: For those planning extended stays, the park is known to offer discounted weekly and monthly rates. While past communication issues around monthly rates have been noted in older reviews, it is essential to confirm current long-term pricing directly with management. These rates are typically significantly lower per night than daily rates.
- Good Sam Club Discounts (Verify): While one older review mentioned issues with honoring Good Sam discounts, it is common for independent RV parks to offer such discounts. It's always advisable to inquire directly if they currently honor Good Sam or other camping club memberships.
- No Frills, Lower Cost: The lack of extensive amenities like bathhouses or pools often translates into lower overhead costs for the park, which can be passed on to campers in the form of more affordable rates compared to resort-style campgrounds. This can be seen as a "value offer" for those who are self-contained and prioritize cost-effectiveness.
For the most accurate and up-to-date information on current rates, available long-term contracts for mobile homes or RVs, and any specific policies regarding discounts, it is crucial to contact Pierce Mobile Estates & Travel Trailer Park directly via phone. Direct communication ensures clarity on pricing and avoids any misunderstandings.
For current information regarding site availability, pricing for both short-term and long-term stays, and any specific policies at Pierce Mobile Estates & Travel Trailer Park, the best approach is to contact the park directly. The owners or on-site management will be able to provide the most accurate and up-to-date details.

Pierce Mobile Estates & Travel Trailer Park Reviews
Owners took 2 years to fix roof, covered termite damage with a steel sheet, ceiling fan caught fire and they didn’t replace, ice maker was broken and they just gave up fixing it. Was told by the owners son (who doubles as “maintenance”) “how far did you have to chase the Ni—R to get them shoes”, James pierce sat outside my house harassing my guests for months (being extremely rude telling them they weren’t allowed at my rental, also running license plates to see who my guests are, placing cameras by the road to see who comes in and out) and the woman Jill told me it didn’t matter that I had an ESA and that I had to get rid of my emotional support animal (violation of FAIR HOUSING ACT) only to relax once she realized she could be sued. IF YOURE LOOKING FOR PRIVACY AND RESPECT DO NOT COME HERE. DO NOT SUPPORT THESE PEOPLE, THEY DO NOT SUPPORT YOU
Jan 29, 2024 · Draco SeasonWe were planning on dry camping but decided to look for full hookups camp late in the afternoon. We found Pierce Mobile... using our smartphone app, AllStays. We were delighted to find the site level, clean grass covered and all amenities in good working order as many times we've found quite the opposite. The daily rate for the site was $25.00. Very good value.
