Peaceful Waters Campground Reviews
I am happy to give this campground 5 stars! This has quickly become our favorite place to camp. We love that you can just walk across the grass, set up a chair and throw in a fishing pole. The staff couldn't be more friendly and helpful. They have everything you need for a very enjoyable camping trip and are close to a lot of fun activities such as canoeing, hiking, Turkey Run, etc.. We will continue coming back here year after year.
Mar 13, 2025 · Melissa KurpisNever had the worst stay at a campground till here had to listen to cars and trucks go right behind my tent 🙂↔️ wondering if a car would leave the road and hit our tent in the middle of the night 😡 70% of the tents sites are right next to a high way if there going run a camp ground next to a hwy at least put barriers up so your paid campers are a little safer 😓 left a day earlier do to a post site wanna be manger came down yelling in front of our small kids to begin charged for a day I didn’t use “ I will be filling a charge back on my card “ it was very un safe that’s why I decided to take my family out of there !! As a customer who feels unsafe they should have no problem getting there money back !!! I don’t recommend this place at all . We will stay at a safer place 🙌
May 26, 2025 · Sharon RPeaceful Waters is such a hidden gem. The owners and staff go above and beyond to ensure their guest have a wonderful time. Their electric tent campsites make "glamping" a breeze, and the cabins are down right breathtaking. The shower house is The cleanest at any camp ground my husband and I have stayed. The gorgeous views of the trees turning and serene pond make this campground shine.I'm even hoping to hold my wedding on property due to the scenery and multiple shelters available. We would recommend this place to anyone. We look forward to returning for many years to come!!- R&A
Nov 13, 2024 · Allison DanielWe have stayed here twice now and both times have had a great experience. The first time we stayed in one of the little cabins and the second time we stayed in our camper. It's a nice little spot, clean, and the owner is very nice. My ONLY complaint is the highway noise but that is outside of their hands. We'll definitely be back as it's a nice quaint little spot!
