Parker Bottoms Campground Reviews
Absolutely beautiful campground...The river is just a rocks throw away from the campsite...Pets allowed, fresh water spigot, decent toilets.Very clean, rangers make regular patrols.I found that the space arranged for tents were a little small for my purposes, but my 3 room tent fit. When we stayed here it was a nice mix of both tents and campers/trailers but the small campground was very full.I recommend calling ahead in reserving your favorite spot.
Feb 28, 2018 · Erik CrossAwesome campground! Site 51 was perfect for 2 big tents with plenty of room for a few smaller ones. Bathroom / showers were nice and a short walk away. Water fill is close as well. No soap in the bathrooms though so bring your own. For a trailer, site 48 has the best views of the river and adjacent rocks, also it's directly across from bathrooms / showers.
Aug 29, 2021 · Preston HenryParker Bottoms is a beautiful campground along the White River at the base of the Beaver Dam. Most of the campsites are shaded thanks to the towering pine trees and there are many trails down to the river. The cooler temperatures are due to the cold river which is packed full of rainbow and brown trout. Trout fishing is a blast, the trout put up a great fight! We like to use power bait or corn depending on what area we are fishing from. There are strict rules as to what types of hooks and bait you can use in different areas. This is site #43
Sep 09, 2021 · Malanie PattonAnother wonderful Arkansas Park! Quite with great views of the White River which is the tail water of Beaver Lake. Trout fishing can be outstanding! Bath house is a little dated and dump station is back by the check in office or at one of the other camp grounds close by. Electric only at sites.
Oct 23, 2019 · Randal CampLoved our ten day stay at Parker Bottoms. Lovely and peaceful setting along the river. Lots of beautiful trees and was a central location to go into Eureka Springs and Bentonville/Rogers areas. We were able to go hiking, biking and for pontoon boat rides all within an hour of the campsites.Bathroom/shower combos were nice also.
