For West Virginia residents, reaching Verner is part of the adventure, guiding you into the authentic heart of our state's coal country and Appalachian landscape. While Verner itself is a smaller community, the campground's primary accessibility draw is its direct or very close proximity to the Hatfield-McCoy ATV trails. Their "special offer" often comes in the form of their unique hospitality, personal touch, and direct access to unparalleled ATV trails.
However, for West Virginia residents interested in potential savings or special arrangements, it is always recommended to:
Call Directly: The best way to inquire about any current or upcoming special rates, loyalty programs for returning visitors, or potential discounts for extended stays (e.g., weekly or monthly rates) is to call Mike and Priscilla Klein directly. Their contact number is (304) 583-2825 or +1 304-583-2825.
Inquire About Group Rates: If you are planning a large family gathering, a church group retreat, or an ATV club outing, ask if they offer any special group rates or packages tailored to larger parties.
Check for Seasonal Rates: Sometimes, campgrounds in West Virginia might have slightly varied pricing during peak riding seasons versus quieter times of the year. Inquire about any off-season specials if your travel dates are flexible.
The most valuable "offer" you are likely to receive at Paradise Island is the genuinely warm welcome and excellent personal service from the owners, which many guests consider more valuable than any discount.

I was there in 2001 with my mother and father. My mother's grandfather had a sawmill on the island in the early 1900's. They done a interview with my mother when we were there. The owner were very nice people. I live in Ohio and hope to get back there this July.
Mar 02, 2022 · david perryMy wife and I stayed there and rode atv trails. Mike and Priscilla Klein are for sure real Christians whom enjoy helping others. We even were privileged to be invited in their home on Friday night to play some beautiful anointed southern gospel music. Priscilla plays an awesome keyboard and I was jamming along on bass. We returned once again with my family. Would love to revisit in the future.god bless the Klein, keep up your ministry. Jr and pat lambert.

Sep 18, 2019 · Connie MillsFantastic place. They have some tent sites and several camper converted rooms to stay in. All of them are very well finished and polished. They have a wonderful lodge building for groups. I would highly recommend this place for a Christian retreat or even a place to call home while you hit the trails. The owner was extremely personable and really cares for her guests. Can't wait to go back.
Aug 03, 2016 · LeviVery nice little quit place to relax. The lady that runs the place is super nice. The place could use some updates and landscaping but was not bad for the location. Just a few min both ways to the Hatfield Trails.
