Ouzel Camping Area Reviews
Nice camping area. Weekend had kids and dogs playing & yowling - full camp. Weekdays had few or no neighbors. Host just quit because managing company had not brought H2O or gas in 4 weeks, so the porta-potties will go bad very soon 🤥😔🫣
Jul 21, 2023 · Jason SummersSmall Campground in a gravel lot, but beautiful area and right next to the Platte River. It gets very busy on the weekends but not too much during the weekdays.Edited to add: This campground is tent camping only. They have not had signs to indicate in the past, but please keep in mind, no rvs are allowed.
Aug 22, 2023 · Dana ValentineAs far as paid campgrounds go, this is pretty good. Nothing in the way of space or trees between sites. The road is pretty close to some sites, but not hugely busy. The river is close to sites on the other side. This time of year was good - hardly anyone there and no bugs!
Mar 20, 2021 · Damon Standish (KiwiNColorado)Great tubing site! The Platte river is just 50 yards from the campsite, and it's about 45 minutes from woodland park. Has porta potties and dumpsters, always a plus!!
