Jun 07, 2025 · Melissa BusseExcellent customer service, the luxury tents were amazing. Both kids (8 and 10) had their own mini couch pull out bed and the kitchenette was perfect for our needs. Very impressed with the tent as well as location--close to the highway but we didn't feel like it being surrounded by trees and running water. We brought our dog and found most people staying there did as well. Overall a great place for families like ours--highly recommend!
May 30, 2025 · Brandon BonneauThis is a well-run RV park with cabins about 20 minutes away from Durango. There is a little creek that runs nearby, but it is pretty small compared to the Animas River. The spaces near Hwy 160 do get a bit of road noise. We were at the far end so we didn't hear too much of that, but we still were not able to hear the little creek running from our RV.There are quite a few places to walk around the park and the little path along the stream. The staff and service were good, they showed us to our spot. Made sure we were able to set up just right. The row closest to the creek I believe gets shade a little quicker in the late afternoon. Wewere here in July and it was mid-90s.There is quite a bit to explore in this area. The ponds offer catch & release fishing. The rates were good so we we would stay here again.
Jul 09, 2025 · Kirk HivelyVery easy to locate and close to old town Bayfield. The grounds were super nice with a running stream and flowing through ponds. RV site was 1st one in and had some privacy bit overall sites were too tight for my liking if we had stayed more than one night.
May 22, 2025 · Garret MaurerFantastic Stay!! Absolutely loved this campground :)20min outside of Durango, easy drive. We stayed at one of their glamping tents, 10/10 recommend if you want to get the camping experience with all the amenities of a hotel room (but better). The RV sites were well kept along with the remainder of the grounds. Very dog friendly, with lots of walking, fishing, disc golf, & picnic options. The front desk was amazing for our late arrival & earlier than expected departure. The store they have is also a great addition to the camp ground.
