Was here for fishing. It is a beautiful place. We didn’t camp. That said the campsites are right on the lake and spaced out nicely. The restroom seems well kept.
Jul 18, 2024 · Marian Haftel SmithGreat hidden rustic campground, very quiet and relaxing. Friendly host who is very helpful. 11 sites (not numbered) ranging in size to accommodate tents to 38’ motorhome. (We have a 35’ 5th wheel) Most sites have a picnic table and fire ring, but a couple do not. Pit toilets, bear boxes and no hookups. Dump station available at nearby Ocean Pond Campground for $5. Cost to camp is $10 per night, unless you have the senior pass, then $5). Only down fall, if it rains a lot, sites can get muddy, but it does dry out quickly. Road is hard packed, but does have some pot holes. We stayed for 10 days and were able to pull enough solar, only had three cloudy, rainy days where we ran the generator.
