★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1It was a good campground. We looked at satellite photos and it looked different in reality. We stayed in site 7 and had three trailers plus vehicles and 3 more vehicles. It has a large gravel parking spot. Then you could fit several tents as well. It is close to the flush bathrooms. There is water at the campsite. We enjoyed our stay. The other campsite were all full but we weren’t bothered busy other campers.
August 17 · Jacee HerseyGreat place for families. Very clean and spread out enough you aren't on top of other campers. The site is also just past the lake and all the offroading trails so you don't hear the ATV traffic.
July 14 · Kali WGreat campsite, We stayed in group site 3. It’s fairly close to a main highway, but it seems to have minimal use. It is a bit close to other campers and all are big groups so keep that in mind. All in all we enjoyed the space and the beauty around is amazing! Close to water recreation too.
August 14 · Rachel JonesWe stayed for a couple of nights at a large group site. Tent spaces are a little awkward since the site is on a bit of a slope. There wasn’t a ton of shade at our site and others had less. There were plenty of tables at our site. The fire pit was on a slope so that made it challenging to sit around. The bathrooms had flush toilets but the lights didn’t work. No camp host on site. No cell coverage either, which was funny since they want you to scan the QR code to pay online.Overall the site was really pretty with a mix of spruce and aspens. Cooler temps at the high elevation. Just a few minutes from Cleveland reservoir. The fire did a great deal of damage but it’s slowly recovering.
July 02 · Zac RichinsBeautiful camp ground, the camp ground itself is lovely! The surrounding area is sadly still burned and depressingly bare. Trees are coming back, though! Nice fire pits and eating areas, lots of shade for tents but not for RVs. There's a dry Creek bed that's pretty deep, watch your kids around it! We had over 80 people in our group and really enjoyed our time there. Nice bathrooms but not clean at all! Bring your own cleaning stuff!
