Given its popularity, especially for bookings during holiday weekends and peak seasons, securing a spot, particularly a cabin, often requires advance planning. Memory Lane Campground Reviews
We just got back from an overnight stay and it was AMAZING! The cabin was perfect for my 2 young kids, my husband and I. I was shocked at all that was provided - full linens, bathroom spray, tissues and toilet paper, napkins, paper towels and dish soap. Many cabins you just get the four walls and a roof and that’s it. 😅 Speaking of, the cabin itself looked brand new. The AC worked great, the bathroom and kitchenette was spotless and the linens all smelled so fresh and clean! The cabin also had decor (haha yes, are you as surprised as I am!?, I’ve never seen that before!) The two rocking chairs on the front porch were so adorable, and the two chairs next to the fire pit were such a nice touch - I wish I hadn’t lugged our camp chair! On top of that, the campground itself - although small - had so much charm. From little wooden mushrooms dotting the beds to squirrel and deer feeders to an old school Pepsi machine to little nods to Knoebels — it was just absolutely perfect. I walked around taking pictures which I’ll share with you (although I regret not taking of the interior of the cabin, which was ALSO decorated with Knoebels signs! So cool!) The foliage and trees were perfect and make this little gem so secluded and tucked away — although it is just STEPS from Knoebels. We walked the little path several times, and it was perfect. You enter right into Kiddieland.I’m still in shock I landed a Friday night (of a holiday weekend!) because I know they book up very far in advance. Absolutely no doubt in my mind we will be back. It was our first visit here AND Knoebels and it was an awesome time. I HIGHLY recommend!PS: Jessica, who handles the communication/bookings, is a doll. She was so prompt, able to easily accommodate an early book in and answered all of my MANY questions. Huge props to her!Looking forward to visiting again! Thank you!
Jul 07, 2024 · C TMemory Lane is my absolute favorite place to stay outside of the Knoebels campground. The cottage is incredibly well decorated, and the cabins are a great option for smaller families and singles. The customer service and attention to detail is impeccable.
Jul 03, 2020 · Kent ZacherlIf you are looking for a great place to stay, look no further! Brady and his team are fantastic. The cabins are beautiful and are spotless. This is by far my choice for lodging near Knoebels.
Oct 13, 2020 · World Wide Roller CoastersMe and my family really enjoyed ourselves. The camp is nice, the cabins are clean. The owner is really nice. Makes you feel at home.
Aug 17, 2022 · leif johnsonI've been to Knoebels dozens of times and never knew this little area existed! We were looking for a place to stay that was closer to the park and stumbled upon this place. The cabin is very small, but it was quaint and cozy for just me and my bf. It looked so cute all lit up with string lights. And it was just a short 2 minute walk to get to the park so if we had to go back to the cabin for any reason, it wasn't a huge inconvenience. The only "complaint" was that we struggled a bit trying to find out how to check in. The agreement you sign to confirm your booking doesn't really have clear cut instructions on what to do. The website tells you which road to park on depending on what cabin/cottage you booked, but then says to call upon arrival. We did call the main number but had to leave a voicemail. Thankfully there were some people staying in a cabin that were outside and were nice enough to help us out. Not a huge deal, but maybe some updated instructions could save new people some headaches! All in all, we had a great time! Already planning on coming back next year, just need to check our calendars 😊
