Meadow-Vale Campsites Reviews
Had an absolutely amazing weekend stay at this campground, and I would highly recommend it to everybody and anybody. We stayed in one of the cabins and it was well-kept, comfortable, and had many amenities- such as a fridge, microwave, and stove. The bathrooms are newly renovated and never messy, and there are multiple bathrooms on the premise. The owner, Matt, was very knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to do anything to make your stay as comfortable as possible, and there are many activities to do on site for all ages, such as paddle boating, kayaking (which are available upon rental), fishing, a playground, a pavilion with pool tables/arcade games, and an outdoor pool. Matt does a great job at making sure guests are having the best time- as there’s live music and events frequently. We were there for “Christmas in July” which was a blast, and we also heard they do cardboard boat races, among other things on various weekends throughout the year.We were fortunate to have friendly and inviting neighbors during our stay, yet everyone we met at the campsite was very nice and welcoming; both season and non-seasonal campers. This is a hidden gem in upstate New York, and I will definitely be returning in the future!

Jan 17, 2025 · seth morseThe folks who work here are great, and the location is fantastic if you're A) going to Coopertown and B) if you simply want to be in a beautiful part of New York. We had a great stay.
Sep 30, 2024 · Jamie CherryMost modern campgrounds are more like parking lots. No space between trailers. This place is not like that. It’s more like a real camp ground. However it’s getting pretty run down. And the owner/operator doesn’t know how to handle problems. He listens to his seasonal campers but never addresses the reported problem with the weekend campers. Sometimes what is reported is not exactly as reported. Matt needs to grow a set and talk to all parties involved when a “problem” is reported.
Mar 30, 2024 · Mark DrescherWe stayed there the first week of August. We had our grandchildren with us. They enjoyed the gameroom, pool, swimming pool, and surrounding areas. I found it inconvenient to disconnect to empty out gray and black water. However, the owner is so kind that he did for free. I overlooked it when I booked, and I didn't have my own transfer tanks. The internet was very fast. I was able to play Netflix, Paramount, and YouTube on my TV. That saved the day since you can't get any over the air channels in that location. The weather there is very mild at this time of the year. We saw many types of wildlife, especially deer. The camp price is very reasonable and the permanent campers are very friendly. Last Saturday, they had a young country singer and a food truck at the main building. The people of all ages were having fun and in harmony. It's a very safe place. I enjoyed it very much and recommend this RV Resort.
