Mackinaw Mill Creek Campground Rally Building Reviews
Big campground with nice amenities only a few minutes from Mackinaw City. Store has souvenirs, pizza, pop, ice cream, beer/wine and just about anything you could need for camping if you forgot. Pool, playground, and free putt putt. "Primitive" bathrooms as well as showers around camp. Bike rental. Beach has a nice view of Mackinaw Island and the Bridge. The owners are very friendly. Offered to give me a ride back to my campsite.
Jun 29, 2025 · Tyler MWonderful campground for our family of 6. Very friendly staff. Lots of amenities with everything you need to stay busy with kids, yet it was still very quiet and enjoyable. They even book and shuttle you to the ferries to the island. Beautiful sites with water/bridge views, although they put us farther in from those because the midge flies were bad when we were there (6/1-6/3/23). SOOOOO glad they did because we went on bike rides and the swarms were everywhere along the water. We've added this to our return list for a longer stay. I highly recommend this campground!
Jun 04, 2023 · Jeffrey KoniecznyNot a campground I would go back to. Everyone we encountered was nice but it is not laid out nicely. The place is large and it is very easy to get lost. We several sites with a group that went. It was a ten minute walk from one campground to the next. The system makes no sense, there are both numbers and letters and it all very confusing.
Jul 20, 2024 · K RWas concerned about the size of this campground when booking our site. We had a bridge view narrow site and it is narrow but having foliage between the site still gives you some privacy. We loved the sound of the waves from our RV! We never felt over crowded at all really enjoyed watching the sunsets over the bridge. Would definitely return if in the area!
Jul 01, 2024 · Dana HarrisWe've stayed here several times over the years and it's a very good campground. We see definitely recommend going here. The staff is always friendly and the facilities are in excellent shape.
