★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Update: stopped for an overnight again. This is such a great place. Friendly people, well cared for property and so nice and quiet. We had pancakes, coffee and were on the road after a good nights rest.Original review several weeks ago: Came in after hours for an overnight. Nice, quiet campground. Friendly, helpful and made sure we had a site when we arrived. Would recommend!
July 04 · J ListThis was a fantastic little park with lots of grass and level sites. We stayed on the way to Yellowstone and again on the way home. The burgers from the snack shack were FANTASTIC! The staff were very friendly and helpful. Facilities were clean. We will definitely stay again when we go back to the area. The only warning I can give is beware of the mosquitos - they are out even in the daytime!
July 04 · Lani LarsenIt’s a KOA, so we were here simply as a convenient place to tent camp and sleep off I-80 on our way from CO to the PNW. Pleasantly surprised at the green space (they water the grounds) and the uncrowdedness (it was only half full on a Friday night in June). They have soft serve ice cream till 8 PM and a small pool to cool off in. Biggest downer is the relentless WY wind that didn’t let up till sundown.
June 14 · Major KingBest KOA I've stayed at. Close to the freeway, reasonable rates, grassy level sites. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Great amenities. Five star all the way.
July 03 · Diana JamesAfter a disappointing attempt with another local camp in Fort Bridger, Good Sams, we were surprised by the warm telephone welcome Noreen provided. Process was seamless, and our few minute drive was easy. Once in the office, now about 6:30, Noreen was busy helping other travelers, I meandered into the well stocked store and was greeted by, Hazelys, our first time hearing the name, a delightful young woman who not only provide a pleasant welcoming, but jumped in a golf cart and directed us to our home for the night. Soon I needed remedial help with the electric box and called their number, quickly answered by Cliff who offered to come to our site, but his advice was right on and we remain happy campers. Grateful to all those we had the opportunity to connect with. Stop here on your travels, you will not be disappointed.Thank you.
