Lincoln / Woodstock KOA Holiday Reviews
Outstanding experience at this new campground! We loved our deluxe cabin, a perfect spot to stay with our three kids. Beautiful scenery and a clean and well stocked interior. Great bounce pad and playground too! Will definitely stay here again.
Jun 15, 2025 · Daniel BruceMy family and I stayed here 3 nights for Memorial Day weekend. We stayed in the "treehouse cabin" and it was awesome. Big deck out back with a gas fire pit, gas grill, dining table and chairs overlooking the woods. Inside was 2 floors - downstairs was 1 big bed and a set of bunk beds, and then a ladder up to another big bed. It also had a small refrigerator, microwave, keurig, toaster, fan, and 2 small space heaters. I won't lie, when we got there I was horrified that this is what the description on their website meant by "heated"- but the 2 of them kept the place nice and toasty warm. In fact, they worked so well that we had to turn off the one upstairs despite it being low 40s at night - that loft gets VERY toasty fyi! There were a ton of outlets too, which we appreciated for ease of charging devices etc. And wifi that worked great!!Even with the lousy weather the kids had an absolute blast here. Nice big playground, 2 inflatable jump pads, Gaga ball, bike rentals, and a firetruck and little train that they take the kids on rides on. Both days they made sure to do enough trips that EVERY kid got a turn. There was also a foam party, a flashlight candy hunt, and while we didn't get to use the pool much it was open and clean. The bathrooms were immaculate...I took a photo I was so impressed! Firewood delivery was super fast and friendly and all of our staff interactions were positive. I hope we can get back there next year and that the weather cooperates! We had a great time and even brought a bonus watermelon home after my guy won it by guessing it's weight correctly. You can tell they make every effort to make things enjoyable.Literally the only thing I would say is that it would be awesome if the back deck was covered a bit more, so it can be utilized even if its drizzling. Thanks for such a nice weekend!
May 27, 2025 · Elizabeth BrownellJust a great KOA. So much to do for a family and roomy sites. Close to the 93 and one exit from the Kancamangus Highway. Front desk staff friendly and informative. I would stay here again for sure.
May 18, 2025 · John (Johnny)We had a great time overall at this KOA. We stayed in a simple cabin which worked great for two people on a short trip. The location is great with lots of hiking nearby and a few places in a nearby town to get any needed items or meals. The desk staff did not seem knowledgeable about the campground or surrounding area and the shared washroom was passably clean.
Oct 02, 2024 · Josh TilleyEnjoyed a great stay in our 38' Fifth Wheel RV full service pull through site. No problems in and out, and all utilities worked perfectly. Great place for families with kids - they seemed to enjoy the amenities. Our dog loved walking the site and enjoyed the dedicated dog park. It was a perfect location for enjoying The Flume, hiking along the Kancamagus Hwy, lunch in Franconia and outdoor dining in downtown Woodstock. Very clean campground with very friendly staff! Will definitely return but may opt for a perimeter site away from the playground since we didn't have kids with us.
