Lake St Clair Metropark campgrounds Reviews
Such a wonderful park and now an exciting place to camp. The sites are in a beautiful location, aside the lake. Gorgeous views of sunrise, sunset. Restrooms (no showers) are right there. Awesome opportunity to spot a variety of birds, and tons of activities to enjoy in the park after Sunrise!**Be aware of mild wildlife caution: skunks regularly patrol the shoreline during night + twilights; coyote have become more present in the park since 2022, and I've observed them in this specific area. They tend to avoid people but I'd leave the Chihuahua at home.
March 10 · Rho LeoI just love Metro Beach! They are definitely redoing many things and making it more of a natural space for the habitat.
May 29 · Jacqueline ColasantiJust verified by the park director, we are officially the first campers ever!
