### Location and Accessibility
Jones RV Camp Ground is located at **RR 220 Box 10, Milan, PA 18831, USA**. This address places it in Milan, Pennsylvania, a small community nestled in Bradford County, part of the state's picturesque Northern Tier region. The area is characterized by its rural charm, natural landscapes, and proximity to larger towns, providing a balance of secluded living and convenient access to amenities.
For Pennsylvanians, particularly those in the northern and central parts of the state, Milan is generally accessible via U.S. Route 220. Route 220 is a major north-south artery that connects various communities across Pennsylvania, making the campground relatively easy to reach. Milan itself is situated just south of the Twin Tiers area, close to the New York state line, and is a short drive from larger towns like Sayre and Athens, which offer essential services, shopping, and dining options. This proximity means that while the campground might feel quiet and somewhat remote, you're never too far from necessary supplies or medical facilities.
The "RR 220 Box 10" in the address suggests a location directly off or very near the main highway, which contributes to its accessibility for RVs. This combination of a rural, quiet setting with straightforward access to a major route makes Jones RV Camp Ground a practical choice for those seeking an extended stay without feeling completely isolated from conveniences. Its location in Northern Pennsylvania also offers access to regional natural attractions, though the primary appeal, as indicated by reviews, leans towards the peaceful on-site living rather than a hub for constant outward exploration.
### Services Offered
Jones RV Camp Ground primarily caters to recreational vehicle owners seeking seasonal or long-term stays, which influences the types of services and amenities they likely offer. While detailed specifics are limited by the provided reviews, the emphasis is on providing essential facilities for comfortable, extended RV living.
- Seasonal RV Sites: The core offering appears to be dedicated seasonal RV spots. Reviews indicate "about 8 spots for the summer to stay until October," suggesting a focus on long-term residency rather than short-term transient camping. These sites are likely equipped with necessary hookups for water, electricity, and potentially sewer, crucial for extended stays.
- Spacious Sites with Yard Access: Campers highlight the "lot of room, spacious, apartment, and my favorite is the yard big." This suggests that individual sites offer ample space, perhaps more akin to a residential lot than a typical tight campground spot, allowing for personal outdoor enjoyment.
- Quiet Environment: The campground is described as "quiet," indicating a conscious effort or natural setting that minimizes noise, providing a peaceful living environment for residents.
- Community Atmosphere: A "very small little community" where "everybody gets along" is a significant "service" in itself. This fosters a friendly and cooperative living environment, which is highly valued by long-term residents.
- Landlord/Owner Presence: The "landlord is very good, does not bother you, does not bother anyone," indicating a hands-off yet responsive management style that respects residents' privacy and allows for independent living.
It's important for prospective campers to directly inquire about specific amenities like laundry facilities, bathhouses, or recreational areas, as the reviews primarily focus on the living experience of the seasonal sites. The strong emphasis on "room spacious" and a "big yard" suggests the appeal lies in the individual site features rather than extensive shared facilities common in family-oriented campgrounds.
### Features and Highlights
Jones RV Camp Ground, while receiving mixed reviews, presents several key features and highlights that appeal specifically to a certain type of camper, particularly those seeking long-term or seasonal RV living. These defining characteristics create its unique appeal:
- Spacious Seasonal RV Sites: A major highlight is the availability of dedicated "about 8 spots for the summer to stay until October," emphasizing its focus on seasonal occupancy. Campers laud the "lot of room, spacious," describing the sites as having a "big yard," which is a significant advantage for those seeking a more permanent and comfortable setup for their RV.
- Quiet and Peaceful Environment: The campground is consistently described as "quiet," making it appealing for those seeking a serene and low-key living situation. This absence of constant noise contributes to a relaxing atmosphere, preferred by residents looking for a tranquil seasonal home.
- Small, Close-Knit Community: A defining feature is the "very small little community" where "everybody gets along." This suggests a friendly, communal environment where residents interact positively and contribute to a harmonious living space. This fosters a sense of belonging for long-term residents.
- "Good" and Non-Intrusive Landlord/Management: One positive review highlights the "landlord is very good, does not bother you, does not bother anyone." This indicates a management style that respects privacy and allows residents to enjoy their space without constant oversight, which can be highly valued by long-term residents.
- Residential Feel for RVs: The description of sites as "apartment" like, with a "big yard," suggests a more permanent, residential feel for RVs rather than a typical transient campground setup. This appeals to those who use their RV as a seasonal home.
It's crucial for prospective campers to balance these positive aspects with any potential concerns regarding management style or community dynamics mentioned in other feedback, and to conduct thorough due diligence, perhaps by visiting or speaking with current residents, to ensure it aligns with their expectations for a seasonal RV home.
### Promotions or Special Offers
Given that Jones RV Camp Ground primarily caters to seasonal RV campers, their "promotions or special offers" are likely structured around their long-term rates rather than short-term discounts. The core "offer" of this campground is the opportunity to secure a dedicated spot for the entire summer and fall season (until October), which inherently provides value for those seeking extended stays.
While the provided information does not detail specific, publicly advertised discount codes or time-sensitive deals, prospective seasonal campers should anticipate that the pricing for an entire season will be more cost-effective than booking on a nightly or weekly basis at a typical transient campground. This long-term commitment often comes with a bundled rate that includes essential hookups (electric, water, etc.).
The best way for New Yorkers interested in a seasonal spot at Jones RV Camp Ground to understand their pricing structure and any potential offers is to contact them directly. They would be able to provide details on:
- Seasonal Site Rates: Information on the cost for occupying a site from summer through October.
- Payment Plans: Whether they offer installment plans for seasonal fees.
- Inclusions: What utilities or amenities are included in the seasonal rate.
- Availability: Given there are "about 8 spots" for seasonal stays, confirming availability for the upcoming season would be crucial.
Since the campground focuses on a specific niche (seasonal RV living), any "special offers" would likely revolve around making these extended stays appealing and accessible, perhaps through competitive seasonal pricing or flexible arrangements. Direct communication with the management is key to obtaining the most accurate and current information.

Sep 20, 2021 · Debra SmithI wish I could give 0 stars! This place is awful! The landowner will kick you out overnight for no reason and have your camper and all items pawned off in a day while you're at work. I've seen him do this to 6 people this summer already. The neighbour's are also awful and nosy. Children are not welcome at this campsite and there are police here all the time breaking up fist fights.. DO NOT RENT HERE.
