Jellystone Park™ Glen Ellis Reviews
My whole family came for a whole week last summer. It was my first time. My daughters had a blast between the pools and all the activities for the kids. Of course their favorite this was the Golf Cart. The tent site was perfect. My parents stayed in a cabin and that was a beautiful cabin. I would recommend Jellystone Glen Ellis to all families, even if you aren’t a fan of camping, they have amenities for all!
May 08, 2025 · Eric StringfellowJellystone Park at Glen Ellis is an amazing getaway! The location is perfect—nestled in the White Mountains with a beautiful river running through the campground. The sites were clean and spacious, and the amenities were top-notch. Our kids had a blast with all the activities, water slides, and character visits. The staff was friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. It’s a great spot for both adventure and relaxation—we’ll definitely be back!
May 06, 2025 · Teagan ThomasThe campground itself is beautiful, however, it has become more and more commercialized over the last 10 years. Sadly, not for the better. The current owners and management know that this has become a destination campground, and because the bookings are so high customer service has gone down the drain. Every year for the past four years, I’ve had an issue in one way or another. This year was the last draw. I will never return. They require a $25 lock fee in order to keep your site. I neglected to push that button for the first time ever and they decided to move my campsite on the opposite side of the rest of my party. (because someone behind me was willing to give them more money for a longer period of time. Which is understandable but I don’t understand how a simple $25 lock fee can prevent that.) I’ve even paid the lock fee and they’ve moved me. When I called to fix the problem at every onset, they simply blamed the fact that I neglected to pay the $25. And that nothing could be done, no personal customer service no ability to change it if the computers fault and there’s nothing they could do. If you own a business that gives you the right to fix errors to help someone out they chose not to do that. The supervisor on the phone continued to talk over me and not let me speak. Didn’t want to listen to anything at all just point the problem to the computer and the lack of $25. And then, when the assistant manager got on the phone, he was more condescending then you could possibly imagine. I’ve also had problems with the Owner in the past like I said because it is a destination they don’t care if you like it or not. Because the next person is willing to pay a ridiculous price for the 300 cabins that they put all over tent and trailer sites because they make more money. It’s all about the money. It truly is a shame because it is a beautiful location. So if you want to be treated poorly and pay a ridiculous price to stay in a cabin by all means, this is the place for you. They even have ridiculous cabanas in charge fees for those. The place used to be about the river. Now it’s about a concrete pool and splash Park and cabanas.
Jun 07, 2025 · Mark The unhappy camperWe have camped here many times. Each time we have a very enjoyable vacation. Always room for friends and plenty to do. Our younger kiddos always enjoy the pool as well as the river and most recently the waterpark. The grownups find the river most enjoyable with the ability to relax on the beach or floating from one beach to the next. The staff has always been very accommodating. The area has multiple adventures to explore. In the past we have taken the cog railway and also driven up Mt Washington. There’s many trails to hike and natural pools to take a quick dip in.
May 07, 2025 · Jennifer NoyesThis will be our fourth summer visiting Jellystone in Glen, NH. It’s simply the best. We absolutely loved our cabin, it was very spacious for our family of eight. The splash pad/water park is THE BEST!!! Fun activities going on each day, themes each week, tubing down Saco River-we especially LOVED the night glow/music hay ride!! So much fun!
