Jellystone Park™ Gardiner Introduce
For New York families seeking an unforgettable outdoor adventure, look no further than Jellystone Park™ Gardiner. Located in the picturesque Hudson Valley, this award-winning campground transcends the traditional camping experience, offering a vibrant "Camp-Resort" atmosphere packed with attractions, activities, and comfortable accommodations for every type of traveler. Whether you're a seasoned RVer, a glamping enthusiast, or a family looking for a fun-filled cabin retreat, Jellystone Park™ Gardiner promises a memorable getaway right in your backyard.
What sets Jellystone Park™ Gardiner apart is its dedication to providing non-stop entertainment for all ages. It's not just a place to park your RV or pitch a tent; it's a destination where kids can meet Yogi Bear™, splash in a massive water park, and engage in themed activities, while adults can relax by the pool or enjoy the scenic beauty of the surrounding area. As one delighted parent shared, "We visited Jellystone for Memorial Day weekend and loved our stay. Our three boys had a great time and were immediately asking to return." This sentiment perfectly encapsulates the park's appeal as a premier family-friendly destination.
Another returning visitor enthusiastically stated, "We try to go here at least once a year. It is fantastic fun for kids and grownups. We camp in a travel trailer in one of the Deluxe pull thru sites. There is ample room for our 34’ trailer and pickup. Park is super clean and always something to do, or just relax. And of course a golf cart rental is a must!" This feedback highlights the park's ability to cater to various camping styles, its commitment to cleanliness, and the abundance of activities available, suggesting that even adults find plenty to enjoy.
While the park offers an incredible array of amenities, it's worth noting feedback regarding holiday closures. One visitor mentioned, "The one thing I didn’t love was that everything closed around noon on Memorial Day. The pools, store and activities were all closed so we ended up not staying on Monday night as we had planned." This indicates that while the experience is generally positive, guests should be mindful of amenity hours, especially on specific holiday dates, and plan accordingly to maximize their stay.

May 06, 2025 · Carolyn KirbyWe started camping here in the summer of 2015, when our oldest two kiddos were 3 and 1.5. At the time we had a pop up camper and there weren’t as many amenities or sites. We have since added two more kids and a travel trailer and continue to return to Gardiner. They have come a long way in 10 years and we enjoy coming back each camp season for family fun! There are amenities for all of us to enjoy. We have also stayed in the hillside cabins and they are really camping in luxury!
May 07, 2025 · Kimberly FlickingerHad a blast even with the weather being blah…. Booked this location for the lazy river no where on the website did it inform me it wasn’t opened. Couldn’t re schedule because I called a day or 2 in advance. One of the pools was closed early along with splash pad.. staff was nice the life guard Sky was very nice and hands on with the kids they loved her!!! Cabin was nice the grass and weeds surrounded can be maintained better. Should’ve been accommodated way better knowing the last river was out of commission, should’ve been aware of this situation a week before booking especially if this location is known for its lazy river. Other than that I would give it another try during peak
Jun 15, 2025 · melissa romo-perezEnjoyed a 3 day camping trip with friends. Loved that our site was along the river with a big open field across our access road. It made for a bit less crowded site. It was late spring and none of the attractions were open, which we were ok with. Would love to come back again in the future. We didn't stay in any rooms or lodges, so I can't speak for them. But our RV site was very nice.
