Apr 09, 2018 · Jonathan GeorgeThis is our go to summer spot since we live so close. $8 for day use hang out additional for boats and watercraft. Water is beautiful and not too cold at all. The shore area is expansive so plenty of room to set up and hang out. Even park out on the shoreline for added comfort.
Aug 27, 2019 · J PirnatGreat fishing! And very lovely campgrounds, and recreational areas.
May 27, 2025 · Carina BeallI was charged at extra $25 in “firework fees” when they are not even visible from Horseshoe Bend at all. And then I was charged an additional $12 for my second vehicle when my reservation clearly said 2 allowed. Lake McClure and MID need to calm down with all the extra fees. The place was dirty and overgrown. Swimming hole was gross. DO BETTER!!!
Jul 01, 2024 · Brody AWe were in G15. Great spot, good view of lake. Saw red tailed hawks, Bald Eagles, Golden Eages, buzzards, gophers, monarch butterflies. Pretty quiet, beautiful weather. Fished from shore a little, but no luck. Great bike riding, e or conventional.
