Hadley's Point Campground Reviews
The cabins are really cute & have a patio out front with a fire pit, not too much privacy tho as they are immediately next to the road. The cabin itself was fairly clean, although we had a bunch of ants infesting the place. Seemed like bugs were getting in from somewhere. You also have to pay for the shower in the cabin with quarters which was pretty annoying, I mean we already paid for the cabin, you’d think your personal shower would be free…There is also ZERO furniture in the cabins. They are completely bare & you get a bed & that’s it. Not even sheets, you gotta bring those yourself! No tables, no nightstands, no chairs.Overall, our experience was alright given we were mostly out for the day exploring the area. These cabins are basic of the basic & you get absolutely no extras whatsoever.
Jun 07, 2025 · Cory FloodI would say the park is OK.The ladies that take the booking and check in were so nice.I asked about how level the sites were. We were lucky to be put in section S. The sites were perfectly level. I did however go around the park and section D was terrible. The motorhomes had both front tires well off the ground. They are located about 8 miles from Bar Harbor. We didn't realize the free bus doesn't start until weeks after we stayed. We rode our electric bikes into town. The shoulder is nice and wide but it is very hilly. There were a lot of people in tents. It was a high price to pay to sleep on the ground when there was a motel offering $69 for double occupancy. They have a pool, a little play area and a basketball hoop that could be fixed for the cost of 1 night fee from 1 site.I can say we came, we saw but prefer Boothbay.

Thankful that they also provided washers and dryers . Everyone respected quiet hours so we had a good nights rest. No complains :) Thank you Hadley’s!
Jun 08, 2025 · Nia HunterWe couldn’t recommend Hadley’s more! We arrived and were immediately greeted by friendly staff who directed us. The workers at the front desk and around the campground were so friendly and welcoming! We had a wooded campsite that was perfect for our stay. The facilities are super nice, clean and easily accessible. The location is a quick drive to Acadia which makes it perfect for tourists. The only complain we have if that we didn’t want to leave!
May 28, 2025 · Rebecca RipansHadley’s point campground is a great place to stay. Nice and quiet this week on opening week which was nice. We were 22 minute to the top so Cadillac mountain! We were able to drive down to Hadley’s Point and I fished which was beautiful. The only complaint was that our site was not perfectly level but the play ground was right out our front door so we loved just the same.
