The cabins are really cute & have a patio out front with a fire pit, not too much privacy tho as they are immediately next to the road. The cabin itself was fairly clean, although we had a bunch of ants infesting the place. Seemed like bugs were getting in from somewhere. You also have to pay for the shower in the cabin with quarters which was pretty annoying, I mean we already paid for the cabin, you’d think your personal shower would be free…There is also ZERO furniture in the cabins. They are completely bare & you get a bed & that’s it. Not even sheets, you gotta bring those yourself! No tables, no nightstands, no chairs.Overall, our experience was alright given we were mostly out for the day exploring the area. These cabins are basic of the basic & you get absolutely no extras whatsoever. - Cory Flood

This essentially provides a discount for extended stays, making it more economical for those planning a week-long or longer vacation in the Acadia region.
