★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Such a lovely campground! We will definitely be back. The grounds are very clean and well maintained, and the landscaping is done very nicely without disrupting nature. We are not the type of campers who are happy parking on a cement slab with no trees. We want to be in the woods with nature surrounding us, and this is definitely the campground to go to if you feel similarly. We chose one of the “super premium” sites for our first camping trip here and it was gorgeous looking out at the creek and hearing the rushing water. My only complaint is just being near the beach area does attract a lot of people and we had several teens popping in and out of our campsite. It does say in the rules to not do this, but you can’t control people. Overall it’s a very quiet campground and again, we will be back and do highly recommend this place to others. I’ll post pictures of our view from our camper and the creek/beach area my pup enjoyed.
June 25 · Maddy PaigeOur family loves this campground, we consider it our favorite. Our teenagers even ask to come back. The new cabins are a great addition. Everything is really clean and taken care of. Private showers, updated and clean. We love tubing down the river and the swimming hole. Mid June the water is about 60°. We love the golf carts to run around. This place is the best and our kids have asked to come back again next year during college break!
June 15 · Sarah PediniFabulous campground! My boys (12, 10, 3) loved it and are already asking to go back next year. Our spacious site backed to the water with lots of trees for shade! The kids loved wading in the creek, swimming, tubing and fishing. The bounce houses, jump pad and playgrounds kept them busy as well. The bath house is one of the nicest we've seen at a campground, and the camp store was very reasonably priced for any needs! We were in town for a wrestling tournament in Gatlinburg over the weekend, and it was such an easy in/out to the convention center downtown while avoiding driving on the main strip. We will definitely be back next year!
June 11 · Kristen FormanThe demography is great. However, if you’re 55 or older and no children, skip this RV park. Great place for kids and families, but not so great if you’re looking for serenity and peace. As for the facilities, excellent. The only problem I encountered and battled every day was the sewer drain. I had to cover my shower drain, bathroom drain and raise the water level in my toilet to reduce the sewer gas odor. Was it worth the $153.00 a day for the RV site, absolutely not. The RV’s are packed in pretty tight. Privacy, very little. Bathroom and shower facilities, excellent. Clean and comfortable. I would consider coming back only if the sites by the small lake were available.
June 12 · David KentSuch a beautiful campground. Well maintained and nestled around a small river that is absolutely stunning. Phase one is very well shaded and phase two has a bit more sun and trees that are beginning to mature for shade. Very friendly staff. I would say it’s one of our top 10 campgrounds to stay.BTW…the Gatlinburg trolley makes several stops here to bring you into town. No need to fight the Gatlinburg traffic.
