★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Stayed here one night in June.Had an excellent first impression, the staff member was working hard and allowed us to unhitch and leave our rig in the overflow parking so we could head out and explore the national park. The pool was a good size with a nice hot tub which we enjoyed. The store had a good variety of products and a coffee shop. When checking out and using the dump station we had an unpleasant encounter with a second member of staff which was unfortunate.
July 20 · Michelle MacKenzieGood views, everyone including staff and fellow campers were nice. Very close to everything you would like to see in the grand canyon area. Please be aware, if you have pets there are little death pieces of cactus needles all over the park. They are very sharp and everywhere. Wipe your shoes before returning to your RV as well. It really sucked for us and our pups.
May 09 · Mary “Western Wanderer” SLinda was great, seemed like she genuinely cared about serving customers. Was able to immediately extend my stay one extra day (camping). Nice facility had everything in the store for camping. Close to the Hwy 40, an hour away from Grand Canyon Watchtower. Highly recommend.
July 04 · James BlaineReally enjoyed our stay however CAMPERS need more etiquette and not to WALK/RUN through people's camp sites. Absolutely rude and unapologetic humans-have some respect, it happened more then once. This is the first negative camper etiquette experienced in 3 years while camping. Rated 2 for rooms mainly due to more then 4 times people walked through our campsite with camper and truck in space and we are standing by door or outside, no Hi or apologies, disgusting, doesn't make sense. Suggestion; KOA put up signs that say "Stop do not walk" or place camp sight numbers on both sides of campsites, especially camp sights being by food truck or main office.
June 13 · Evelyn JenkinsWe stayed for 2 days had a very nice stay. The park was well maintained.Nice wide spaces. Even had a vender bring in Hawaiian BBQ.2 dog parks, 1 was pretty large, with agility props. The small dog park had lots of goat head stickers in it.Went to see the grand canyon, not to bad of a drive from the RV park.
