Fort Myers Beach Resort Introduce
Hello, fellow Floridians! Are you dreaming of a fantastic getaway that combines the convenience of RV travel with the vibrant energy and stunning natural beauty of Southwest Florida? Look no further than Fort Myers Beach Resort, a popular destination that offers a truly engaging experience for locals and visitors alike. Nestled in the heart of Fort Myers, this resort provides an excellent base for exploring the iconic Fort Myers Beach area, enjoying the local scene, and creating unforgettable memories right here in our sunshine state.
Fort Myers Beach Resort is more than just a place to park your RV; it's a launchpad for adventure and relaxation. Guests consistently praise the "friendly and helpful" front office staff, setting a welcoming tone from the moment you arrive. The resort boasts clean and inviting common areas, including a "nice" pool and hot tub, and public bathrooms and showers that are noted for being "clean and very nice." This commitment to cleanliness and guest comfort is a significant draw, ensuring a pleasant stay.
A key highlight for many visitors is the resort's "great location!" Imagine being able to ride your e-bikes to both Fort Myers Beach and Bunche Beach, or simply walk next door for a delicious breakfast at Marco’s Diner and across the street to enjoy live music at Danny’s Saloon. With a Walmart very close by, convenience is truly at your fingertips. Many travelers have found the "prices were very reasonable" and express a strong desire to "definitely stay here again," underscoring the value and enjoyment offered by this resort.
However, it's important for prospective guests, especially those with children, to be aware of certain aspects raised in some reviews. While the resort's website or traditional public data may not explicitly state an age restriction, a customer review indicates that the campground "do not allow children" and that staff have reportedly "yell at any children who are trying to have some semblance of fun." This suggests an environment primarily geared towards adults or those without children, which might be a critical consideration for local families planning a stay. It is highly recommended to confirm the current children's policy directly with the resort prior to booking, as campground policies can vary and evolve. Despite these concerns for families, for adult travelers seeking a quiet and convenient base near Fort Myers Beach, the resort offers compelling advantages.

The accessibility of this location is a major benefit. San Carlos Boulevard is a main artery, making it simple for RVers to navigate to and from the resort. Beyond Fort Myers Beach itself, the resort's proximity opens up a world of local exploration. As noted by guests, you can easily "ride your e-bikes to Ft Myers beach and Bunche beach," offering fantastic opportunities for outdoor recreation and soaking in the Gulf Coast sunshine. The ability to "walk to breakfast next door at Marco’s Diner and across the street to listen to some bands at Danny’s Saloon" truly emphasizes the convenience of having dining and entertainment options just steps away.
Furthermore, the presence of a "Walmart very close" by ensures that stocking up on supplies or handling any last-minute needs is a breeze. Fort Myers Beach Resort Reviews
Traveling in our rv, we ended up staying here for a few days and enjoyed our stay. Front office staff were friendly and helpful. Pool and hot tub were nice. All areas were clean. Public bathrooms and showers were clean and very nice. Location was great! We rode our e-bikes to Ft Myers beach and Bunche beach. Walked to breakfast next door at Marco’s Diner and across the street to listen to some bands at Danny’s Saloon. Walmart was very close too. Prices were very reasonable. We would definitely stay here again.
Mar 26, 2025 · Jane MullerAssistant manger nitpicks everything. There's nothing for children to do at this location. The front office yells at any children who are trying to have some semblance of fun. Especially during Lee County's Spring Break. The corner lots in the back to the right are always blocking the road to get through so others cannot get to their RVs. They're yelling at adults and children because they're saying they're driving too fast. They're loud and have no respect for other campers. Nothing gets done when complaints are made about the people in the corner in the back. Too much favoritism going on at this location. Rebecca nor Karen ever drive in the back to make sure no shady business is being done. There was a dog that broke loose and attacked another camper and his LEASHED dog and the owner was not asked to leave, nor was the situation resolved. But a mass text went out that all dogs need to be leashed. The owner of the dog was not made to apologize. The cleaning lady for the shower house uses the soap from the laundry room to clean the shower houses. When complaints were made to Karen, she did nothing about it. There are cheaper and nicer locations in Florida.
Mar 18, 2025 · Adrienne Nicole H.For the life of me. I DO NOT KNOW WHY THE RATINGS ARE 3.7. They are definitely a 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Place. Over all the people at the front desk communicates. And are very courteous. The laundry room is great, The swimming pool is very inviting, the location is the best, Cause Walmart, Publix, and alot of restaurants are near by. The yards are very well kept, i don't know why some of the reviews said there's trash everywhere, there's definitely no trash . There is a trash compactor up front for us to take there. There is also a dog park for our fur babies. The people here are friendly, and I enjoy being here. So before u judge the 3.7 review, Don't believe it. This is like i said ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ .
Dec 19, 2024 · Angie McleodSo as I read the reviews I come to the conclusion some people have nothing better to do than complain and use no common sense. If you read 8 months to 2 yrs ago reviews you see it says dirty , garbage all around , dilapidated trailers and so on if there not smart enough to figure out this part of the country was devastated by a hurricane that’s on them . As far as my review goes this is my 2nd year here after the beach was ravaged and the difference between this year and last year there’s no comparison. Most of dilapidated trailers are gone or cleaned up the new power is done and old stuff removed it looks 100% more together than last year. I also see complaints about the size of the lots obviously you haven’t been to very many campgrounds cause I personally have been in way tighter spots and I drive a 43’ class A. As far as the girls in office they have always treated us with respect BECAUSE we have always treated them with respect all I have to say is you get respect if you show respect and again I’ve seen enough people show zero respect and then cry on the reviews how they weren’t treated well. With that said you can’t always believe what you see on the reviews cause some people are just miserable and will never be happy.
