My trip to Florence Keller County Park in Crescent City, CA felt like a little miracle. Tucked away in the trees, it was peaceful, quiet, and the perfect place to escape. The campground host was super friendly and welcoming—made us feel right at home. What really blew me away was how spacious the campsites were. Tons of room to spread out, set up camp, and not feel crammed up next to anyone. You could really breathe and enjoy nature out there. The tall trees, the fresh air, the calm—it was all just what I needed. Would absolutely come back again. Feels like a hidden gem
May 08, 2025 · Joshua BrewerAwesome place to camp!!! They have flush toilets and some water spouts scattered around the camp. Sites are mostly level (for RV and camper vans). $20 a night I think is a fine price. It’s in a neighborhood but somehow feels nestled in the forest. Bathrooms are nicely taken care of and although I didn’t talk to the camp host I believe they sell firewood! Self serve payment with cash or check (which I always like more than reservations!)
Apr 18, 2025 · Norah MurphyNice campground nestled adjacent to Jebediah smith redwoods. Fire pit, picnic table, flush toilets and potable water all on premise. Camp host is friendly and sells firewood 10$ a bundle. A few trails throughout the property. Camping is $20 and is FCFS. The campground and bathrooms were clean. We enjoyed our visit
May 07, 2025 · trevor BuckGreat campground! Very reasonable pricing and beautiful scenery. The sites are all different sizes and some back up to a stream that flows through the campground. Lots a trails and a very nice picnic area with a playground.
Mar 10, 2025 · Jacob FreidaWas pretty neat. Picnic table, fire grill, bathroom facilities. (I was there on a full moon 10/17/24 woods got real dark, then the moon lit up different slivers of the forest as the night went on.) I liked I didn't have to set up my tent and sleep on the cold ground. I stayed much warmer in my truck. There were over 30 spots easy to choose from. Picked mine out hung the paper and came back several hours later at sunset and ate and slept.
