Elk Country RV Resort & Campground

216 Idlewood Ln, Trinidad, CA 95570, USA

4.0
Nice spot at the south end of Redwoods National and State Parks. The campground offers large spaces with plenty of room. The setting is great and the Elk passed through a few times on our stay. We stayed at a site with 30 amp, water, and sewer. Basic amenities like shower & laundry are on site but unsure of cost or quality as we did not use on our stay. Areas for improvement: the campground is on the dated end of its lifecycle, it could use a few updates and upgrades. They charge for extra vehicles ‘due to limited space’, however they have plenty of space both in the lot and at sites. Overall, we would recommend but would likely try out a different campground if we returned to Redwoods. - Christopher Long
