Oct 12, 2024 · Jonathan RaderJust enough off the main roads to feel “far out” but still around some people so you feel safe! Camping spots fill fast, the creek and falls and very busy even on weekdays, if you want a good spot to lay out you’ll need to go to the creek early in the morning!
Aug 13, 2024 · Jaymie BelknapThis is a first come first serve campground. Very nice and peaceful. No cell service so be prepared to disconnect.
Oct 17, 2024 · Guinevere VickersThis is a very awesome camp ground for family and friends, there was a fantastic camp post but they unfortunately have left and there is no longer a post. The river is amazing, there's plenty of fun to be had down there. There are about 10 camping spots, ranging from small to big, and there are some spots you can put trailers, boats, and RV's.
Sep 05, 2022 · Isaiah SantosA little gem not far from the city. Free, fcfs camping with your discover pass. Open year round! Camp host, Ed, was incredibly welcoming and friendly . Several bathrooms on site, the one we used was well maintained.Mid fall , only one other campsite was occupied. Summer is nearly impossible to get a spot, but well worth trying. We will be back as much as possible!!
