Clean, well maintained campground. The park hosts were excellent. Extremely helpful for me, a first-time camper. Mr Cook and his wife are first class. Their beautiful puppy, Indy is her name, sweet and full of kisses.
Jun 07, 2025 · Brandon CookWe love Double Lakes. Great campgrounds, very well kept. The bathrooms and showers are incredibly clean at all times. We've camped here 5 or 6 times and loved it every time. Lots of trails to hike or ride bikes. We'll be back!
Dec 24, 2024 · Adrian Heredia (Nighthawk)Nice open forest through the park. We stayed in a campsite with water and electricity. It was $30 per night cash only. No firewood or ice for sell in the park. You must go to the small grocery store 10 min away. Small trail around lake which most campsites back into. Very peaceful and quiet. Book in advance!!! There's is a few first come first spots open but not guaranteed. You can call ahead and they park host can tell you before you make a long drive.
