Dog Lake Campground Reviews
Awesome campground for dry camping. Absolutely gorgeous view, and unlimited bird watching. The waters edge is very muddy and we didn’t want to swim in it, but the pups had a good time. Some of the camp sites are insanely isolated and gorgeous. It’s perfect for bringing an rv, might be a little rough for tent camping due to the bathrooms seem rough at best. We had no issue with bugs or mosquitoes.
Jul 09, 2021 · Justin LeblancCrowded with locals from Lakeview on Memorial Day Weekend. Not really a lake I'd want to swim in. Bad mosquitos in May already this year. Poorly maintained. Give this one a pass.

May 05, 2024 · Gilbert HowellWe were the only people out there. The road is a bit narrow and the fire burnt woods, no swimming but was still beautiful and quiet. We saw pelican and otters playing in the water. There were two Bald eagles also. Great for bird watching.
