Diamond Gulch Camp Reviews
We stayed for 2 nights and loved the entire experience. John is an amazing host; he stayed up late welcoming guests. The location is perfect for stargazing, with water available at every site, decent bathrooms, and hot showers. Most importantly, it’s just a 1-hour drive from Yosemite. We will definitely be coming back soon.— Thasif & Zeba
Jun 23, 2025 · Thasif SheikNice place to stop for a night, loved watching the birds in the trees all around the campsite. Woke up to a donkey and a bunch of cows 🐮. Minus one star because it was a bit pricey, and I couldn’t figure out the DIY shower haha. I’m sure I could have asked the owner though.
Apr 12, 2025 · Norah MurphyWas a wonderful experience! The host was super helpful even at night when we didn’t find our designated spot (even though it had super obvious signs - our fault)Super lovely host and a beautiful ranch. Can only recommend lighting up a little campfire and stargazing at night!
Sep 27, 2024 · Moritz ReiterGreat camping space! The owner is a really nice guy, he takes his time to come chat a little. It's really nice that they build their own showers. The toilet and showers are clean.Very nice place to stay!
Sep 16, 2024 · Tisja DebruyneA great place for camping and RV parking. We spent one night in our RV on the way to the national park. The owner is a nice guy. We arrived in the dark and, despite the really good signage, we didn't find our camp straight away. The owner helped us very friendly and even chatted with us briefly. There are several fire pits and firewood. Please be careful due to the risk of forest fires. Benches are also available for free use. The pitch has toilets and showers. The starry sky and the peace are great. The driveway is a bit steep and sandy, but has been sprinkled with small stones for better grip. Our RV had no problems.By the way, you can easily reach the owner via telephone. He just happened to read our message in the app but also replied there.
