Delaware State Park Campground Office Reviews
Really enjoyed my stay. I hope to visit again to utilize the 2 disc golf courses. They have a marina, small store, and a large dog park. The trails were beautiful in October. The campsites do not have sewer. There are bath houses.
Nov 12, 2024 · Brenda BennettI had a fantastic weekend camping at Delaware State Park. The campsites were clean and spacious, surrounded by beautiful nature. The hiking trails offered stunning views, and the lake was perfect for fishing. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the peaceful environment made for a relaxing getaway. Can’t wait to go back!
Sep 01, 2024 · Sara Ozmen SulunThis place is really nice. The campground itself is beautiful. Lots of spaces available for tent and RV campers. The restroom facilities are done of the biggest and nicest I've seen at a camp ground. There's the lake. And we didn't use the amenities bc we were here once night, but they have frisbee golf, and a mini golf course. And playgrounds for the kiddos.
Oct 03, 2024 · Roxann MleynekWe stopped in to check out the campgrounds while we were visiting the State Park. The staff at the campground office were very friendly and accommodating. The campgrounds were clean and very well kept. The sites were semi private with plenty of shade. The roadway and pads were paved and most of the sites were good size and level with electric hook ups, picnic table and a fire ring. They had a large restroom shower facility and a wonderful little miniature golf course. Looks like a fun place to camp.
Jul 29, 2023 · ray weithmanThis is the nicest campground I’ve ever been to.Each spot has a parking pad that’s paved and pretty level. They’re all easily designed for easy backing in of your rig. They have electrical lots and are affordable.Check in was super easy.I had never heard of camp host family’s before coming here but it was nice to have added help and guidance should i have needed it. I had the ring to myself which was nice and quiet. The only annoying things were the seemingly hundreds of squirrels throwing nuts onto my rig and truck & trying to WWE each other into oblivion. Also they were the size of a healthy house cat.Otherwise i saw some deer and birds.Easy access to the walking paths which are well maintained. The camp showers were the cleanest I’ve ever seen to date. So comfortable to shower there. Great washrooms too.I would 100% return and recommend this place!!Easy to reserve online.
