Country Line Creek Campground Reviews
Great up and coming campground! David was able to work us in before opening. It's still under construction, but lots of potential here. With water and electrical hookups, as well as fairly level spots, we were able to find a nice quiet place to camp with the kids while we attended hyperfest at Virginia international raceway. David was super attentive and helpful the whole weekend. Their is a nice short trail in the woods, a creek to check out, and plenty of revolutionary war history here with cannonballs found on site.
May 22, 2023 · James “Jim” WebbOwner is trying really hard to do it all on his own. We didn’t really know what to expect. It was a mixed bag. No sewer where we were up front, but he took care of us portable tank. He had our friends drive their large rig down to another spot to empty after waiting for a while on what to do. Appears mostly longer term campers living there. Small, but from other websites maybe there is a second section that was overgrown and not being used on the other road. No bathhouse I could see. We were near the road on an event weekend so wasn’t the quietest, but our air running made it fine. We stayed for VIR event and that was the largest pro- 3 mins away!
Aug 27, 2024 · Jennifer RueSo we stayed during BRRF which was an absolute disaster, but David made our stay the best.He was consistently checking up on us. When the VIR bombed the show, he went out of his way to try and cheer us on. He made sure his campers, vendors, and people were very well taken care of. He even installed showers the week before the show just to make sure his people had access to hot water. He is still very new. It shows in the camp spaces with the freshly dug water trenches which did make the place muddy in those areas. Our truck did get stuck. I don't believe it will be a long lasting issue. He has the drive to continuously improve his space and I'm sure by this time next year he will have everything ironed out to be a wonderful place to stay.Thank you David for taking care of us.
