Campground ★3.0

I should have listened to Kyria lol we got lost following google maps because it took us through dirt roads with some minor overlanding challenges and tagged cows. The drive was gorgeous but could not connect to the campground. Make sure to follow the website directions. If you’re using google maps, its going to put you out an exit early and the road it takes you on is blocked off so you never hit McCain valley road. TAKE THE BOULEVARD EXIT and drive down highway 80 south until you make a left at McCain valley road. We ended up at lower Lark Canyon campground instead since it was closer and we were losing day light due to being lost. It’s also on McCain valley road and was so clean! - April Saige

The scenic drive to the campground is part of the experience, offering beautiful views and a glimpse of the local wildlife, including cattle herds.
