### Features / Highlights
The true character of Cook's RV Motor Park is found in its commitment to hospitality and its unique, welcoming atmosphere. It’s the little details that make this a standout choice for Missouri travelers.
- Unbeatable Staff and Customer Service: This is the most consistently praised feature. Reviewers describe the staff as "super friendly and helpful," going above and beyond to assist guests, even during minor crises like vehicle breakdowns, offering late checkouts, and helping with small emergencies. Their willingness to assist embodies the "Little Park with a Big Heart" slogan.
- Massive Dog Exercise Area: The huge, well-maintained field dedicated to pets is a rare and highly valuable amenity for dog owners, allowing "fur friends" ample room to stretch their legs and run, a significant advantage over small, confined dog runs.
- Quiet, Safe, and Well-Maintained: Despite its convenience to I-44 and Springfield, the park is repeatedly described as quiet, clean, and safe. Sites may be close, but they are level, well-kept, and interspersed with nice grass, creating a cozy and welcoming atmosphere.
- Ozarks Outdoor Opportunities: The location serves as a gateway to the natural beauty of the Ozarks. While the park itself is a great place to stay, guests have easy access to local hiking trails and nearby natural areas for mountain biking, fishing, kayaking, and canoeing.
- Humorous Park Rules: The park adds a touch of personality and charm with rules "written with some humor," creating a lighthearted and friendly environment that contributes to the welcoming atmosphere.
- Flexibility for Travelers: The park’s policy of being open 24 hours by appointment (call ahead) demonstrates a deep understanding of the unpredictable nature of RV travel, offering flexibility for check-in times.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1The sites are close together but there is nice grass between the sites and a lot of opening in the front and back. And we had nobody in one side so that was really nice. The staff is very helpful and nice. David showed us our site and he even offered to help us to get set up. We were very welcomed! There is a huge field ( maybe 20 acres) they call it a pet exercise field, very well maintained with easy access and paths where we could bring our dog on long walks.Laundry available, really appreciated. The park rules were written with some humor to try to make you laugh that we did!We enjoyed our stay and we will be back
June 29 · NCThe only negative I can say is that the sites are small and close together. The place is clean and well maintained, quiet and safe. The showers are great, the bathroom clean. There is a cute book nook in the back laundry and a puzzle in the front by the office. The location was great for us! And the staff is SO nice. We were a hot mess and they were so kind and understanding. Our truck broke down on the way in and we weren't sure when we were going to have the vehicle fixed so they gave us a late checkout which allowed us to get the vehicle from the dealer. At one point my wife locked herself out of the camper while I was at work in the office and he had some spare keys that let her back in and I didn't have to leave work. This will be the only place I stay when I come to Springfield.
June 05 · Neal SivleyWe had an excellent experience with Cooks RV. It was a quaint little park right outside of Springfield. Bathrooms and showers were spotless, laundry was available, and they even had a dog wash! They contacted me the day of to get my ETA and give directions, met us outside when we got there, and then walked us to our site. Make sure to read the rules closely... there's some really funny ones buried in there. Will definitely return when we come back down that way.
July 27 · Jana MillerI stayed at Cook’s for 2 weeks and I found it very pleasant. David and his staff are very friendly and helpful. There are two large areas that I used to walk my dog. There are signs where they do not want your dog to potty and that’s next to the hook-ups. Everywhere else is fine. The location is great because you have a little bit of countryside, but still close enough to freeway, restaurants, and Walmart. Cooks will be my go to place next time I’m in Springfield.
June 30 · Priscilla NavaroliThis was a nice park and I loved the communications between the park staff and us. The sites are a little tight, but we had a wonderful time with our group sitting together outside. The rally room had no air conditioning so we had to sit outside. That is the only reason I didn't give it a 5 star.
