Clendening Lake Marina and Campground Reviews
Epic family day at this gem! Boating, fishing, swimming & picnics—huge, pet-friendly lake 😊. Staff’s super friendly, helped park our RV. Clean showers, but motel beds were meh & heater left bathroom floor wet 😕. So much to do, we’ll bring the dog next time! 9/10, can’t wait to return!
May 16, 2025 · Alisha OssieAbsolutely love Clendening for an afternoon out on a rented pontoon. Used to go at least twice a month with three other ladies, but because of health issues of one friend and the increase in price of the rental, I am sorry to say that won't be an option anymore. Still, if it fits in your budget, I highly recommend it. The lake is beautiful, peaceful, and the staff is nice and helpful.
Jun 04, 2025 · Sammi JoVery great place to take the family. Swimming, fishing, boat rentals, and so much more. My family and I had an awesome day. Can't wait to go back. The ladies in the office were very professional, kind, and a real joy to talk to. This is a beautiful 10 star place. We rented a boat for the day, had a cookout on land, swam from the boat, and fished off the boat. Very big, beautiful area to putt around and explore in the pontoon boat. Pets are allowed. We didn't know but we'll be bringing the dog next time.

Sep 17, 2021 · Christina OwensThe room I stayed in had issues with the heating/air conditioning, and the bathroom floor was always wet and dirty no matter what we did. But I've been going here since I was very little, and it's great. There's lots to do. You can fish, go on a boat ride, build a fire, take hikes, walk through the forest, and so much more. You'll meet people here, too. The workers are all lovely people. You'll have fun here, so book a week and try it out.
