Cedar Point Campground is conveniently situated at 1659 Cedar Point Rd, Manchester, TN 37355, USA. This location places it gracefully between the charming towns of Manchester and Normandy, offering a perfect balance of natural seclusion and easy access to necessary amenities. While the campground feels wonderfully remote and surrounded by nature, it remains highly accessible for residents throughout Tennessee. The drive to Cedar Point typically involves well-maintained roads leading off major routes, making it a manageable journey for all types of vehicles, including RVs and those pulling trailers.
While a small winding road leads to the campground, contributing to its secluded feel, visitors have noted that the overall accessibility is good for most. However, it's worth noting that some internal sites may require a bit of maneuvering, and it's always wise to bring leveling boards for your RV or trailer, as some sites, particularly those closer to the water, can be "extremely unlevel" as per customer reviews. Despite this minor consideration, the clear directions and the relatively straightforward path to Manchester from major interstates ensure that getting to Cedar Point is not a significant hurdle for experienced campers.
Its proximity to Manchester means that essential services like grocery stores, gas stations, and various dining options are just a short drive away, allowing campers to easily stock up on supplies or grab a meal if they choose. This blend of natural beauty and practical convenience makes Cedar Point Campground an ideal spot for Tennesseans seeking a refreshing escape without venturing too far off the beaten path. It offers the tranquility of a lakeside retreat while still being connected to the comforts of nearby towns.

May 26, 2025 · Stephanie WilliamsVery nice campground. Bring all your boards because the sites are extremely unlevel, but by adding a few boards under ours we were able to get it completely level. I loved the view of the lake and everyone respected quite time while we were there. We liked it so much we went ahead and planned another trip while we were there for later in the year. We had no idea we were so close to a little piece of heaven.
May 20, 2025 · Lisa HaleThis is definitely our favorite campground so far. Very beautiful lake and beach area. Lots of fishing fun for us. Our spot was a little un level but nothing that we couldn't handle. We chose a spot on the lake so there was no sewer hookup but the have what they call a (Honey Wagon) they came and pumped our tanks for a fee. Its a great add on so we could stay without going to the pump station.Everyone was very friendly and polite.
Jun 21, 2025 · Brenda AllenStayed for a week had a wonderful time only have 2 complaints and one can be worked around, first one sites are very uneven definitely bring plenty of boards, second one the hot water in the showers never got hot and they are on a push button system that only stays on for 3 seconds (please fix the shower houses I plan to stay most of the summer weekend) thank you all
May 27, 2025 · Shannon PennyThe staff are incredibly supportive and helpful and genuinely nice who cared we had a great camping experience. Their willingness to help and truly stepping in to help set our travel trailer were above and beyond any expectations. Thank you for helping us have a great experience.Grounds were clean and well maintained. Staff was out on the weekend cleaning washed out gravel with brooms and not power equipment from previous night’s storm. They do this without power equipment so they don’t disturb us campers. Again, above and beyond.
