★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I absolutely loved staying here. My daughter and in stayed here and we made a huge breakfast and coffee. It did get very chilly that night but we packed some thermals . And we got into the park very early. I have an Access pass but still paid the $10.00 as that is very cheap and the spaces are nice. I did pick trash as the people who stayed in #10 prior to my daughter and I showing up on 6/24/25 left some trash in the campsite but once cleaned , no problem. We bought wood in Galatin and kept warm by the fire into the evening. Great sleep and woke up to the river nearby. Was very awesome.
June 26 · Rippy WilliamsVery affordable campground, close to the park. Only $5 with your American the beautiful pass. No amenities, but spacious sites, nice and quiet.
June 21 · Becky EVery beautiful area at the base of mountains. Very large boulders around the grounds helped give some privacy from other campers. Easy to find.
December 12 · Carrie FortuneGreat place and very clean, only $10.00 night. Lots were big and lots to choose from. Misquotes will carry you away… Lots of them and the May flies were bad July 7, 2021.
July 19 · Rob & StaceyWhat a find!! We were driving along Highway 89 not sure of where we would park for the night. This campsite popped up and I'm so glad it did! Right off the highway, these sites are $7/night!! You can't beat that! Obviously, there are no hookups. You just get a spot, a picnic table and a fire ring. The bathrooms were good though and you can use your generator. I think this was around 30 min from Yellowstone's north entrance. And there's a lot of spots available too. We are truly grateful to have had this place to stop for the night. Plus, check out those rocks the kids got to climb!
