Brush Creek Campground Reviews
Stopped by to walk the trail and found some unique mini waterfalls. I did see fish in this creek but couldn't get them to bite. Maybe next time. My kids enjoyed this place and there was lots of areas to hang out.
Aug 29, 2024 · Fishing Paradise CaliforniaWe would definitely give this campsite five stars if it was cleaner. It's a truly amazing spot for experiencing both Kern River and Brush Creek. However, the temporary porta potties were not well maintained, and past campers had done a lousy job cleaning up after themselves. Watch out for broken glass and general dirty conditions.
Aug 15, 2020 · Jessica AlbaCurrently the upper Kern river is swift moving with class 5 rapids and not for the inexperienced. Some campgrounds may be closed along the upper Kern. However, many "Day Use Only" areas can still be visited and the scenery is beautiful.
Jul 04, 2023 · Kitty HellCamping at Brush is great, & the bathrooms are cleaned every other day. People for the most part pick up for themselves. Music is loud everywhere cause we're there to party. It you want quiet time do not camp here.
May 22, 2023 · Andy GomezNot really a designated trail. Have to climb over rocks and steep hills. Loved every minute of it. So many spots to stop and enjoy the freezing creek.
