Brown's Millpond Campground Reviews
Nice. Clean. Hot showers. Nice white, lit bathrooms. Stream help drown out each other’s noise.Reserved online once we got there & were able to check out all the spots, payed with cc online. Easy. Also able to insert payment paper and cash in pay box though, & after 6 I guess availability doesn’t get updated online. We came in 15 after 6 and missed the office hours to buy “shower tokens” we had to ask to buy from neighbors.
Mar 26, 2025 · Cijey De La RosaMaybe I don’t understand RV life, but $35/night with no electric? Also, 10$/night/extra car. So three nights @ $165? Also, showers aren’t included in that? The campground is fine, but $1500+ per month?

May 16, 2025 · Dimas RNice location, and ok facility. We were here 3nights and every night, there was no power thus no water in the bathroom and shower. I dont recommend this place because the way the lady staff treated us and another Asian group in rude discriminatory way. We were the only one who actually asked whether it is ok to set camp fire before doing it. The lady said “ it is common sense to not have fire in a windy day”. We drove out to get propane and cook with propane stove. Only to find there are non-Asian group already had camp fire on. We waited another hour and see more and more group set camp fire. For at least an hour and a half, the staff lady didn’t come and say anything. So we thought it was ok and we had our camp fire too. In a short moment after we had camp fire, the staff came to us and the other Asian family yelling “ you cannot have fire. You need to put it off now or you can be evicted”. I have no problem following the rule, but the staff attitude towards Asians are terrible. She also told a Japanese man to drive slowly when he was on 5mph, meanwhile she was ok with other non-Asian driving much more aggressively. If you don’t treat people nicely you don’t deserve our money. For $35 per night there are several other camp sites near by.
Jun 21, 2025 · Yufeng JiangGreat campground. We had a small travel trailer and a tent set up and it worked perfectly. Built in fire pits at each site, as well as water hook ups. There is grass strip with a small creek running through the middle. The kids loved to play in that. 24 hour bathrooms and SHOWERS. Only $2 for a 7 minute token for hot water. The cold runs for free. You'll need to purchase your token at the front office during office hours. Small laundry room on site too. We didn't check out the small pond near the site for fishing, but did go to a couple of the nearby lakes within 20-30 minute drive. We picked it after having to leave Rock Creek Camp Ground due to fire evacuations, and as the last random place nearby that wasn't filled with others who evacuated, it was an awesome find. Only downside, if there was one, is that it is downwind from a horse ranch, and smells it at times. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend for a fun time.
