Because of them we are booked again in August! Cheers guys, thanks for the awesome experience. Dune access is so easy, gates are open from 7 am to 11 pm and the campground is very well maintained. May 19, 2025 · Younique ByEmilyThe staff here are top notch and provide great customer service!! We told the person at the gate my daughter would be arriving later and wanted to know what the process was and she said to come by the office after setting up camp and she would get me another code . Before I could get out of my truck she had walked over to our site with a code for us to use and then after a long day riding we wanted a ice cream and showed up at the store right at closing time they let me and my kids pick out our ice cream and thanked us for our business. We’ll definitely be coming back!!
May 17, 2025 · Kris StoreyOne star — only because Christine was a solid host. Since she left, this place has taken a nosedive. The guy who came after her was rude, unhelpful, and always griping about how little he was paid — like that excused doing nothing. I told him straight: “If you hate the job, then walk.”We had a flat one time and had to run the road to get back in — he wouldn’t even open the gate because of some pointless “one way in, one way out” rule. Total nonsense. To top it off, they charge you for water and dumping if you’re on an undeveloped site, which is a joke. Need fuel or want to hit the store? Good luck — you’ve got to go hunt them down, and when you do, it’s like you’re bothering them. You get that “what do you want now” attitude, like serving customers is a burden.I used to come here often with a group — five other rigs — but none of us will be back. Place has gone way downhill, and the owner clearly doesn’t care.
May 25, 2025 · Jamie JonesCoded access for security, which is great. Good wifi (plenty to watch movies), clean campground, 30 amp, 50 amp, and dry-camping spots available. Nice quarter showers with hot water that are coded access, so they are CLEAN! The hosts are polite and respectful and do a great job taking care of this Prime place to stay. If you like to ride, this is the place to book!
Apr 25, 2025 · Robert PinskyWell I'm sure glad to see that other people are finally coming out to voice their experience. I initially was scared to post something in fear of never being able to return. I've been going here since we were kids and had hoped my children could ride here as well. But it's not looking like so?Extremely rude, this is a campground and should not be treated like a concentration camp. Gate codes? Curfew? Direction of vehicles? You might as well start charging for sand?! Oh wait you guys do.. I don't want to point fingers here but if the owners stay on-site then you are running this site poorly and maybe rethink accommodating over greed. it will eventually catch up. If it is just the hosts then the guy running it and his family all need proper training. We were also threatened by this guy, and his kids. We were told not to do things that they were allowed to do. This place is out of control?! Vicious dogs at the little store is not inviting, being threatened by the host wasn't welcoming and being threatened to not be allowed to return if we say anything? There are several campgrounds that are close and your better off staying away from here. If you are 60+ that doesn't ride, does not have a dog, do not have children and like being told what time to blow out the lantern then thus may be your new campground!!!*I will follow up if the owner or host want to take accountability and make this right* (summer 2024)
