Boulder County Fairgrounds Campground Reviews
The spaces are close together, so you need to find the spot and park, then go to pay for it. Options vary for hookups, so be aware of the map with various connection options. The park could use some landscape maintenance, but it was tolerable. The park staff was very nice and gave helpful information. The bathrooms and showers were clean and modern.
Jul 01, 2024 · Onara GarciaGreat dog show venue. Flat Irons Kennel Club did an amazing job as well.
Jun 08, 2025 · Dj LeakyPrettiest dump station ever! This campground was great. Clean restrooms, showers and grounds. Close to everything in town. The camp host, Derek, is awesome and a great guy!! We stayed here a few nights for an event at the fairgrounds and had site 45 with lots of afternoon shade. Well taken care of and all our neighbors were friendly.
Jul 17, 2022 · Jenny Penman The Adventurous AgentGREAT spot. Nothing fancy, but affordable, quiet, and extremely convenient, especially considering it's in the middle of a busy part of town. The gentleman that works the front desk, check in area mon-fri is super helpful, friendly and an all around great host. The showers are clean, with adequate pressure and hot water. No complaints here! There is a 2 week per year limit, and your vehicles/trailers must be properly tagged. $35 for this spot is a great deal!
May 10, 2025 · JennThe location is excellent! Great walking trails and major stores within walking distance. If you plan to stay for several days, it's best to arrive mid-week to secure a spot and be sure to empty your tank before you get settled. There's a dump station but no campsite sewer hookups. The manager Derek does a fantastic job keeping the place orderly. The “feed the meter” no-reservation, cash-only system takes a minute to understand but it’s fair and works well for the spontaneous travelers.
