June 12 · John MAwesome experience for Labor Day Weekend 2022. We arrived Friday and check in was simple. The grounds are divided into two large loops with spots on each side. Back in spots and pull through spots are available. The lot to the left has a nice wooded feel with privacy and seclusion while the right loop is more open and spacious. Both loops have electric at each site and water stations through out. Each has their own wash house which were new, updated and very well maintained. The showers were awesome and did have shelves and hooks for personals. The place was super quiet, so quiet we had deer walk through our campground twice. Guests were very friendly and staff was always present picking up trash ir cleaning. Jeffery the camp host even stopped by to chat and sell us some firewood. The nature center is close by with a lake and tons of activities. Two amazing waterfalls are only minutes away and the lodge has a great smoke house with craft beer. 10 out of 10 would go again!! Spot 47 is a great van camping site.
September 06 · Jason WilleyThis is a place to get drunk on beauty! The camping sites are far apart in a lovely wooded area. You book your specific campsite online. The staff is friendly. The deer are tame. The only downside is no water or sewer hookups, but a dump station with fresh water is provided.
September 28 · Cathy DockterWhat a great camp. I'll def be back. Amazing staff, safe, mix of open area and trees. I prefer an open area so it's nice to find a camp like that. Level paved sites, 50, 30, 20 amp hookups, pull thru and back in spots. 15 min walk to falls but I would drive there from the campground if you're out of shape like me. Great bathrooms. I saw them cleaning them 3 times in the 24 hours I was there. Lots of scenery, food, in park shops and things to do very close by. Verizon was not good but you can text and make a call while roaming, T-Mobile was good and starlink performed great as expected.
April 15 · Ryan PalastroLoved this visit! Fun campground, friendly Staff and great facilities! We spent a night on a week long road trip and enjoyed ourselves. Kids played together from several sights in the middle, got to meet other friendly travelers. Did some much needed Laundry and enjoyed the hot showers. Great little store at the check in office to get things you may need / forgot .
