You're responsible for maintaining the grass for your lot. Some areas are really nice others are trashy, just depends on the person staying there and how well they take care of the area. The owners of the grounds don't really do any up keep. Limbs will be down in the road way for weeks at a time. Big pot holes where the gravel has washed out and was never replaced.
