May 22, 2025 · Cindy LinleyWe had a large group of dual sport motorcycles that base camped at this campground. Some tents, some hammocks, and some RV's. We had an excellent experience. Awesome staff! Nice clean restrooms. Would definitely stay here again.
May 19, 2025 · Tony FancherI was in the area to hike in the nearby Sipsey Wilderness and only wanted to stay one night. The hosts greeted me on my arrival and directed me to tent site #2. I really enjoyed the solitude and privacy - it was situation well away from other site and had a wonderful open view of the night sky for me to enjoy. The bath house could use a bit of an upgrade asthetically, but it was clean and well stocked.I would most certainly stay here again!
May 14, 2025 · Cris CranniganSpent the weekend in my trailer with a group of dual sport riders. This is a great location for spending a weekend in Bankhead Nation Forest. The setup there is great for group camping. It was great that they have a way to accommodate all of the various types of camping the group was looking for.
May 18, 2025 · RK FriarNice sites, packed level gravel.Beautiful trails and cave to explore. Some equipment on edges of campsites take away from beauty of the place. Also, the shower has no privacy, you dry off near washer & dryer ~ something to keep in mind if your kids are shy.
