Augusta West Kampground Reviews
Augusta West is a small, but growing campground. The waterfront sites are decent. The grounds are kept clean. The pool area is nice. I come back here every year.
Jun 09, 2025 · Tj CouillardWe got a day pass to swim at the pool (after the public pools in Augusta were unexpectedly closed) and it was lovely! The pool was so clean, the poolside furniture was really nice, the bathrooms and showers are maintained well! And the staff were really sweet and helpful! The campground views were gorgeous, the grounds seemed very well kept, and it was super serene. Would love to come back for a weekend!
Jun 05, 2024 · Lyndsey McClainJust returned from Augusta West Campground and I can say it is a wonderful campground. The campers who were camped around us were very, very respectful. The staff at the campground office were very polite and very helpful. The best part, we stumbled upon Christmas in July at the campground. Santa and Mrs. Claus were there and by signing up your child (free of charge), they would receive a gift from Santa! The kids had a wonderful time. Love the pool!
Jul 22, 2024 · PJ WSimply amazing... fabulous location. Great people and so welcoming. Love it here
May 28, 2025 · Merry StpierreDecent enough park. Like so many parks nowadays it’s 90% long term. The reason I give them 2 stars is they charge for pets and offer nothing for it. No pet area No dog mess bags. It’s just an excuse to change more money. We are a 4 month coast to coast vacation and this is the only park with a pet change
