May 27, 2025 · bobby grantCamped here over the weekend and can not say enough good things! It’s a nice quiet area but only 25-30 minutes from a city if you’re looking for a night out. Personally we loved how quiet the area was, a true escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The beach area is beautiful and never very busy. Access to the beach is walking distance away. Each site has a full hookup and price is very comparable to other campgrounds. Absolutely worth it. The owners are down to earth genuinely nice people. I can’t wait for my next stay!! Also love that this place is dog friendly!
Aug 29, 2021 · Stephanie RicciBeen here almost yearly for the past five years, sometimes twice in a season, as tent campers. A lot has been done over those years to improve the sites/campground. Amazing lake views and beach!! Always have been treated fairly by the owner, seems like a laidback family oriented slice of Maine vacation land!
Oct 24, 2021 · christopher martinsI stayed at this campground late in the season for two+ weeks while having work done on the lot I had recently acquired. Loved the peaceful walks with my dogs, and very friendly encounters with other campers and the owners. I was new to pulling a 5th wheel & owners helped to guide me into the campsite as well as hookup. I will definitely make arrangements to stay while building on my lot in the spring.
