Albany / Corvallis KOA Journey

33775 Oakville Rd SW, Albany, OR 97321, USA

4.0
The first four nights of our stay were fantastic, but then the team working at the KOA changed. The Thursday team was unreasonable and charged us for an additional car for my mother-in-law, who lives in town, for less than two hours, as she was here to have dinner with us. When asked about this, I was given the manager's number, "Amber" took the opportunity to tell me that at the last KOA she managed they charged people who walked in to visit. Amber needs a customer service lesson. I do not wish to sound like a Karen, but for goodness' sake, let's charge the 77-year-old woman for parking....seriously? - Kimberly Bryant
