Adventure Bound Camping Resorts - Eagles Peak Reviews
We love coming camping here. The seasonals are so friendly, and the guy Kris that runs it is extremely friendly. The bathrooms have always been super clean. Our only complaint is why your showering and once you’re done there’s nowhere to sit to help dry off and get changed. They used to have tiny, tiny stools that you could rest your bag on, but even on our last visit, they were removed. Other than that, the activities, the facilities, this is the gold standard of adventure bound resorts. We’ve been a few others, and none of them are clean and well taken care of as this one.
May 09, 2025 · Craig RudzenskiThere are pros and cons to this campground.Let's start off with the pros, there are two pools one for adults and one for the kids, they are nice. Lots of activities for the kids and also for adults including live music, miniature golf,Cornhole, basketball courts, playground, golf carts and fishing. Now the cons, it would have gotten a five-star if not for the Low to no water pressure most of the time. pro tip, fill your freshwater tank in the RV. No cell phone coverage with verizon. The wifi was also very spotty and I guess the biggest con for us was the extra charge for visitors.my son, his wife, and our grand son ,that was the deal breaker .
May 27, 2025 · carry on PA strongWe got lucky and had spot 5+6 down by the pond ( we had camping friends with us) . The majority of the spots are crammed and on hills. Our allergies were killing us with all the oak and maple wood campfires.Very over priced.
May 12, 2025 · Ed MageeMy family of 6 loves this campground! We just went this past weekend for the second year. This year was the first time we stayed in a cabin, and I was impressed with how clean and beautiful the cabin was. You have to bring all your own bedding and towels, which kinda stunk, because it added a lot to all the stuff we already had to pack and bring. But on the plus side, you're using all your own stuff. The kitchen had everything we needed, except for a grill brush to clean the outside grill, which we were able to purchase at the campground store. It had pots, pans, plates, bowls, silverware, glasses, coffee mugs, cooking utensils, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, etc. and the kitchen was very clean! The entire cabin was very clean. Two cons I can say about the cabin was that it sleeps 6 people, but the kitchen table only had 4 chairs. We are a family of 6, so it would have been nice to have 6 chairs, but we made do. Not a big deal that would keep me from reserving a cabin again. Also, there was not much parking space at our specific cabin, but I did see other cabins that had a lot more parking space, so I will just be reserving a different cabin for next year. We rented a golf cart for the whole weekend, which was really great to have. My kids loved riding on it and we had no issues with it. All of the staff we dealt with were very nice and helpful. My kids had a really good time at the pool and the water slides, even I enjoyed the water slides :) It was extremely crowded at the pool on Saturday (to be expected) but we also stayed Sunday overnight and my kids had the pool all to themselves on Sunday night! My kids also enjoyed the live band, playground, basketball court and RC car dirt track. There is so much to do there, and they always have activities planned on the weekends. They have a big playground near the pool and then a smaller one that is back in the middle of the campsites. It would be nice if the store was open later on Sundays-Thursdays, it's only open until 5 pm those days. The Wifi worked better for us this year than it did last year. But even if it didn't work well, I don't consider that a downside for me, because it's nice to unplug, get your face out of your phone and just spend quality time with your family! Overall, we love this campground and will definitely be returning again next summer!
Aug 07, 2024 · KellyWe've been bringing our son here for 5+ years and we always have a fantastic time! We stay in the deluxe cabins and rent a golf cart to get around easily. My son loves the pool, the water slides, the swim-up snack bar, the mini-golf, and gem mining!
