Zarzamora MHP Introduce
Zarzamora MHP, located in the dynamic city of San Antonio, Texas, is a mobile home park that serves as a residential community for individuals and families seeking manufactured home living. In Texas, and particularly within thriving urban centers like San Antonio, mobile home parks play a crucial role in providing accessible and often more affordable housing options compared to traditional site-built homes. Zarzamora MHP is a community that has recently embarked on a significant journey of revitalization and improvement.
These types of communities are designed for long-term residents who establish their homes on leased lots within the park. This setup can appeal to those looking for a sense of neighborhood, a stable living environment, and a potentially more flexible path to homeownership or long-term rental. While some historical challenges have been noted, the park is actively undergoing positive transformations under new ownership, striving to enhance the living experience for its residents and bring its infrastructure up to modern standards.
Zarzamora MHP is situated at 4210 S Zarzamora St, San Antonio, TX 78225, USA. This address places the community in a well-known area of San Antonio, offering residents access to a variety of urban amenities and services. South Zarzamora Street is a significant artery in the city, providing convenient connections to various parts of San Antonio and facilitating daily commutes.
The accessibility of Zarzamora MHP is a key factor for its residents. Being located within San Antonio means that essential services are typically within a reasonable distance. These include numerous shopping centers (such as Fiesta Plaza, Mission Plaza, and Nogalitos Crossing within a short walk), grocery stores, diverse dining options, and healthcare facilities (including Southwest General Hospital within a few minutes' drive). The park's location in the 78225 ZIP code places it within a community served by the South San Antonio Independent School District, which is relevant for families with school-aged children.
Public transportation is also a viable option, with a "Primo bus stop located just outside the park entrance for easy and quick access to downtown and nearby shopping," as noted in public information. This makes exploring San Antonio's attractions, like the River Walk and the Alamo, more convenient for residents who prefer not to drive. Furthermore, the area is close to several parks, including Normoyle Park, Collins Gardens Park, and Cassiano Park, offering green spaces for recreation. Its proximity to major highways and military bases like Lackland Air Force Base also enhances its appeal for a diverse range of residents.

- Online Rental Payment and Maintenance Request Portal: A significant improvement under the new ownership is the introduction of an online portal for convenient rent payments and efficient submission of maintenance requests. This streamlines communication and service delivery for residents.
- Code Compliance Improvements: The new owners are actively working to bring the park's infrastructure up to code, addressing past "out of code, insufficient and dangerous power panels" and other compliance issues.

Jun 10, 2021 · Charles RobertsI am going to say that.... I am not sure, if the landlord is aware of what his property looks like....it has that feeling of an abandoned horror story trailor park for a movie, trash, broken into trailors and windows, back doors wide open to some of the empty trailer for rent were open.... Scary...Trees need trimming, cats everywhere, just alot of real needed TLC... if your going to charge 850..you might want to clean up or consider droping your prices..
Oct 11, 2018 · Jenna MartinezPlace need cleaning but it had just changed Management. For in town live it would be nice but they ask for to much for trailers that were breaking down.
