★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Wonderful RV spot. We called for a last minute reservation, as our plans changed due to truck problems that delayed our trip. Kelcie was so helpful, courteous, and professional. She gave us all the details, explained how to get there, to call 10 minutes prior to arrival, and they guided us right in. lovely park with lots of trees, dog friendly, very clean. They enforce the quiet time rules, which is nice. Laundry and bathrooms clean and nice. No off leash dog area, but trails to walk your dogs and several "dog stations" always stocked with waste disposal bags. Staff cruises around to answer questions, deliver wood or ice, etc. Everyone very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.
September 13 · mary barnesBeautiful easy access location. I've never been to a RV campground that nickels and dimes like this though. Reserved a large site with tent locations $100 a night. THEN charged extra for having >4 people and charged for a tent- even though I paid for the whole site. There wasn't hot water in their main bathroom/showers. If I'm spending $400+ for 3 nights at a CAMPGROUND, I expect some warm freaking showers. I appreciated being able reserve a spot and not stress about that. While beautiful, price did not match quality.
September 08 · Heather BarnesAmazing Campground and RV Park. Staff is super friendly and helpful. We don't usually "camp" with full hook-ups so this was a treat. We stayed in spot 11 and the sites are generously spaced out with lots of tall trees everywhere so there is plenty of space in between sites not feeling crowded at all. On the property, there are plenty of doggie-bag stations and to the south, there's a super cool, open wooded area to walk the dogs and for the kids to play. Their suggestions of places to visit and see wildlife was top-notch! It's a short 20 minute drive to the west entrance of Yellowstone. They went out of their way to make sure we were happy, even helped me with a small water leak on one of my camper trailer water lines. Overall, the entire facility was very clean and extremely well maintained with awesome staff. Can't say enough good things about our stay and we'll definitely be back again. Thank you again!!!
September 08 · Bob FlemingThe park itself is beautiful. One of the prettiest/cleanest camp parks I've seen. The trees are awesome and give a bit of privacy, at least it feels that way. I have a "dry" trailer set-up that requires I use the park's facilities, and one reason I'm willing to pay a premium price for my stay. The bathroom was very clean and large. The shower was great. However, there was only one, and it was a fair ways away from my trailer. Being older, I had to use the facilities often and it was un-nerving knowing that I could make the walk only to find someone in there and be stuck. It would have been a bad scene if I had gotten there having to go pretty badly by then, only to find it occupied... The other thing the park gets docked for in my book is what we called the "Golf Patrol". We had to be "guided in"?? 90% of people can park their trailers better by themselves than being micro-managed by a cpl of guys that have no financial stake in the set-up being parked. It took several times back and forth when I could have done it myself in one go. And then the constant patrolling in golf carts felt a bit like we were constantly under surveillance. We were making jokes about them but it detracted from an otherwise nice place to stay. A clean place is nice but jumping out like ants and sanitizing the spot before I've even left is somehow slightly offensive.
August 19 · Mike Z2 families with 10 young kids and it couldn't have been better. We were here for 10 nights while we visited Yellowstone. 2 side by side rv sites. Staff and management were wonderful with frequent and friendly check-ins throughout our stay. They were wonderful with our kids as well! Our families enjoyed the playground, ping pong table, and horse shoes. Sites were well maintained, we even observed staff wiping down picnic tables and water hook-ups after guests left. Trees at every site, but again, well maintained. Couldn't have asked for better! The campground is about 25 minutes from West Yellowstone which made it a bit quieter, yet convenient. Based on what we could see from the road, by far the best campground in the area! If we venture this way in the future, we will definitely stay here again.
