- Unbeatable Convenience: The ability to be fully settled in a peaceful, wooded setting while having major retail stores and town services just a 3-minute drive away. This saves significant travel time and adds comfort to both short and extended stays.

- Authentic Colorado Vibe: The park provides that desirable quiet, forested mountain atmosphere that is often sought after, serving as a tranquil retreat after a day of exploring the bustling Pikes Peak area.
While the park is explicit about its lack of extensive amenities like Wi-Fi, a dump station, or a store, this simple, no-frills approach combined with a stellar location can be exactly what many travelers seek. It offers a clean, well-maintained site that serves as a quiet and cost-effective home base for enjoying all the natural beauty and small-town charm that the Woodland Park and Pikes Peak area of Colorado has to offer. ★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1- Woodland RV Park is a beautiful and affordable place to stay if you’re exploring the Woodland Park area. Nestled among tall pines, it offers that peaceful, forested mountain atmosphere while still being incredibly convenient — you’re right in town, and Walmart is just 3 minutes away. Whether you’re here for a short stay or a longer visit, the location can’t be beat. The sites are well-maintained and spaced among the trees, giving you shade, privacy, and a real feeling of being in nature. It’s rare to find an RV park that feels this secluded while still giving you easy access to restaurants, shops, and attractions in town. Pikes Peak and all the beautiful hiking areas nearby are just a short drive away. The park is quiet and peaceful, making it a great spot to relax, recharge, and enjoy the beauty of Colorado. If you’re looking for a wooded RV park with small-town charm and big convenience, this is an excellent choice. June 07 · Peter Howell
- Beware! Don't waste your time with these clowns! An inquiry into a monthly stay at a monthly rate was retuned with an OVER 3 WEEK STAY offer AT DAILY RATE for ~double the price of monthly rate! These people must desperately need money! That's not an excuse to scam people! Absolutely no amenities, no weekly rate and they have the nerve to offer a stay just shy of a MONTH's worth of days - at DAILY rate! Incredible! Scammers! ⚠️‼️ July 15 · D M
- We had a lovely month in this neat, clean park. There were deer in the park almost daily. We also had a couple bear ramble through. Because of the bear, there are loads of rules that you must sign to acknowledge. The rules are designed to keep you safe and the park comfortable for patrons, but if you're not a follower, be aware. Susan and Carl will do everything they can to make your stay a great one. September 09 · Meredith Evans
- I love this place! I stayed all summer and had a great time! I highly recommend Woodland Park RV. Susan and Carl are super friendly and was great to see their smiling faces every day. The park is clean, quiet, and well kept. I miss being there already, and can’t wait to be there again. September 21 · CL P
- We stayed here from May to the end of August and had the best time. Susan was so helpful with everything. The park is a bit different than your standard campground as most people are long term. We had read all the negative reviews before coming but we didn't have any issues. Overall great stay and if we had the chance we would stay again. November 03 · Charlie
